MODELING AGREEMENT:

1. WORK AND PAYMENT:
PRETTYLITTLETHING is hiring you for a haul, this is usually the alternative in situations where the
model cannot be available in time for the shoot. This is a one-year contract which can be extended if
you wish to continue modelling for PRETTYLITTLETHING, you’re to begin work on the ___/___/2023,
the contract expires on ___/___/2024. You are entitled to a salary payment of $4000.00 per month.
2. OWNERSHIP AND LICENSES:
PRETTYLITTLETHING is entitled to ownership of any photos taken as part of this job, content creation
for PRETTYLITTLETHING This Will be finished content materials that is developed, designed,
conceived and worked on as part of this project whether before the date of the contract or after. All
content materials created is hereby owned by PRETTYLITTLETHING once all Entitlement has been
paid in full.
PRETTYLITTLETHING will only grant permission to use the created content as part of portfolio and
websites in galleries and other media platforms. It shouldn’t be sold or used for any other
commercial use.
PRETTYLITTLETHING will pay for all rights to own created contents, which will be discussed at the
end of the contract.
3. TERMS AND TERMINATION:
This contract is ongoing until the end of the duration period (All models are entitled to a yearly
salary). All outstanding entitlements will be paid in full for the work done till the contract ends, also
will the reimbursements for pocket expenses. First time delivery fee will be paid by the
model/Influencers to cover all taxes incurred during delivery by FedEx for a period of one year. Cost
of delivery for one year is summed up to $125
4. CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT:
When this contract ends, all confidential information(s) shared or exchange are to be returned or
destroyed. Confidential information will not be shared with a third party unless you are given the
permission to do so. This obligation Is to be followed even after the contract has ended.
