Job Title: Business Process Analyst
What are we looking for?
We have great opportunities for young professionals with 3-5 years of experience who
love problem solving and carry an improvement mindset. It is a process management
and improvement role in the logistics and supply chain shared services vertical. Person
who takes ownership of the task assigned, works with minimum supervision and can
communicate effectively with different stakeholders. A person should be able to
handle small teams and guide them on day to day work.
Job Responsibilities
● Perform Data Analysis in the area of shipment on-time performance and ensure
SLA compliance.
● Responsible for the operational and management reporting responsibilities.
● Coordinate with cross functional teams and drive daily numbers of the business
unit.

● Processing documents and information through the established shipment
processing systems.
● Develop and maintain excellent customer service to internal and external
customers.
● Identify Process Improvement opportunities and drive active discussions to
explore those opportunities.
● Handle 4-6 people team and guide them through.
● Keep a track on process SLAs and KPI

Qualification
Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you
otherwise. So we might look for at least a Bachelor’s degree.
● Graduates with a ‘can-do’ attitude and lots of curiosity to learn, analyze, and
improve.
● 3-5 years of Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, OTC, PTP processes.
● Comfortable to work in the Night Shift.
● Team handling experience is desired.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Expert knowledge of MS- Excel.
● Immediate joinee candidate preferred.
