JOB DESCRIPTION
Key responsibilities:
• Gathers business intelligence from a variety of sources including company
data, industry and field reports, public information, or purchased sources.
• Work closely with our Marketing team to implement new insights and statistical
models.
• Maintains current knowledge of industry and business trends through
communication with professional organizations, suppliers, customers,
competitors, and other informed individuals.
• Build/Maintain our data model to ensure that data is delivered in a timely
manner.
• Develop reports, and data queries to display data insights with high
performance and within scheduled time.
• Uses business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current and
potential customers.
• Employ historical data analysis techniques to predict user behavior patterns,
facilitating the optimization of the customer journey.
• Develop, refine, and maintain machine learning models specifically tailored to
classify customers for the Loyalty Program, ensuring robust and accurate
segmentation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skill and qualification required
Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT relevant is a plus.
Experience: + 3 years of experience in data technology.
Technical skills:
• Proficient in Python/SQL/Power BI programming languages.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and refining machine
learning models encompassing both supervised and unsupervised
learning techniques.
Soft skills:
• Adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
• Ability to work within a team and independently.
• Ability to Handle High-Pressure Situations.
• Comfortable with using English at work.
• Ability to collect and compile relevant data.
• Extremely organized with great attention to detail
