SECTION-2
Section 2 contains 5 Numerical Value Type Questions. The answer to each question is a NUMERICAL VALUE. For
each question, enter the correct numerical value of the answer. If the answer is a decimal numerical value, then
round-off the value to TWO decimal places. If the answer is an Integer value, then do not add zero in the decimal
places. In the OMR, do not bubble the sign for positive values. However, for negative values, Θ sign should be
bubbled. (Example: 6, 81, 1.50, 3.25, 0.08)
1. If the lines ax y 1 0, x by 1 0 and x y c 0 (a, b, c being distinct and different from 1) are
1 1 1
concurrent, then
1 a 1 b 1 c
2. The area enclosed within the curve | x | | y | 1 is ________.
3. If z, iz and z iz are the vertices of a triangle whose area is 2 units, then the value of | z | is ________.
4. If f ( x) is a function satisfying f ( x y ) f ( x) f ( y ) for all x, y N such that f (1) 3 and
n
f ( x) 120 . Then the value of n is ________.
x1
5. In a G.P. the sum of three numbers is 14, if 1 is added to first two numbers and subtracted from third
number, the series becomes A.P., then the greatest number is ________.
