Advertisement for the Interview for Various Posts in a Research Project Funded
by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR)
Applications are invited from highly motivated Indian nationals for the position of Project
Technical Support-III (two posts) in a research project funded by the Indian Council of
Medical Research (ICMR) on a purely temporary basis with the following details:
Title of the project: Randomized Controlled Trial to Assess the Feasibility of Delivering
Psycho-Social Interventions and Effectiveness in Improving the Common Psychological
Problems of the Non-Clinical Population: A Multi-centric And Multi-Setting Study from Central
India.

Essential Three Years Graduate in relevant subject / field + three Years’
Qualifications experience
OR
PG in relevant subject/ field.
Desirable Exposure in clinical psychology & psychotherapy.
Salary Rs 28000/- per month +18%HRA= 33,040/-
Age limit Not exceeding 35 years (as on the last date of application). Age
relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates will be applicable as per rule.
Age relaxation may be given to deserving candidates by Competent
Selection Committee
Tenure Post-1 for 24 months, post-2 for 21months or the duration of the project,
whichever is earlier
Job Description 1. The position is purely on temporary basis.
2. Psychological intervention delivery
3. Field visit for Psychological module validation and data collection.
4. Report preparation
5. Any other duties assigned by PI/Co-I from time to time.

How to apply?
Interested candidates have to appear for the walk-in interview with the duly filled
application form (which can be downloaded from http://aiimsbhopal.edu.in/jobs.aspx) and
self-attested photocopy of their supporting documents. No hard copy or scanned copy
needs to be sent to the undersigned. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
Date and Time of Interview:
the interview on 29th October 2024 (Tuesday) not later than 11:30 AM.
The venue is Seminar Room Department of Orthopedics, Second Floor, Academic
Block, All India Institute of Medical Sciences Bhopal, Saket Nagar, Bhopal-462020,
Madhya Pradesh.When called, the candidates shall report for appearing in the interview
with:
1. Duly Filled Application Form
2.Covering letter and detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) along with two passport-size
photographs.
3. Self-attested photocopies of proof of date of birth (class 10th certificate/ school leaving
certificate, eligibility qualification, mark sheets, degrees, experience certificate, caste
certificate, qualifying degree registration with the statutory council (if applicable) and other
relevant testimonials which the candidate may wish to bring to the knowledge of the
selectioncommittee.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. It is the candidates’ responsibility to ascertain and ensure their eligibility as per the
prescribed qualifications and experience. Any misinformation detected at any stage will
make the candidate liable for legal action. Permission to appear in the selection process
does not approve the eligibility of the candidate. Even after qualifying for the selection
process, the candidate may be rendered disqualified at the time of document verification
if he/ she doesnot fulfil essential eligibility criteria.
2. Age concession: Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates, retired government
Employees, Departmental candidates (including projects), and ex-servicemen under the
instructions issued by the Central Government from time to time will be applicable as
per rule. Age concession to the extent of service rendered in the research projects will
also be admissible for experienced and skilled persons as per the competent selection
committee. The effective date of fulfilling eligibility criteria (including qualifications
and experience. etc...), and upper age limit will be the date of walk-in/ written
examination.
3. Tenure: The assignment will be governed as per the rules/instructions received from
the ICMR competent authority from time to time. This appointment will not vest any
right to claim by the candidate for regular appointment or permanent absorption in
AIIMS Bhopal or ICMR or for continued contractual appointment.
4. Expiry of Contract: The contractual appointment can be terminated at any time by
eitherside by giving 30 days’ notice or salary in lieu thereof.
5. Leave: The leave entitlement of the appointee shall be governed in terms of the ICMR
leave policy governing extramural research projects as amended from time to time.
6. Accommodation: No hostel or any other accommodation will be provided by the
Institute/ Principal Investigator.
7. The candidate who is already in government service shall submit a ‘No Objection
Certificate"from the present employer at the time of the walk-in interview.
8. The prescribed qualification is minimum and merely possessing the same does not
entitle any candidate for selection.
9. The candidate should bring along original certificates in support of his/her age,
educational/professional qualification, experience etc., two recent passport-size colour
photographs andone set of self-attested photocopies of the relevant documents failing
which he/she will not be allowed to participate in the walk-in-written test.
10. The candidate applying in response to his advertisement should satisfy themselves
regarding their eligibility in all respects.
11. No travelling or other allowances will be paid to the candidate for appearing in the
interview or for joining the post.
12. Canvassing of any kind will lead to disqualification.
13. Private practice of any type is prohibited.
14. He / She can be posted at any place as per the requirement of the project including
ruralareas/field sites.
15. He / She is expected to conform to the rules of conduct and discipline as applicable to
theinstitute employees.
16. The decision of the competent authority regarding the selection of the candidate will
befinal and no representation will be entertained in this regard.
17. The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law.
18. In case any information given or declaration by the candidate is found to be false if the
candidate has willfully suppressed any material information relevant to his
appointment, he/she will be liable to be removed from the service and any action taken
as deemed fit bythe appointing authority.
19. Applications incomplete in any aspect will be summarily rejected.
20. The Competent Authority reserves the right of any amendment, cancellation or changes
to this advertisement as a whole or in part without assigning any reason or giving notice.
