I am writing to request an excused absence for my son, John Mark T. Tumbaga, on October 31, 2024
from 9:00am to 11am. My son has been invited to attend an important meeting from COA and it
requires his presence. This meeting is very important for him as an SK Chairman, and his participation is
essential. We understand the importance of regular school attendance, and we apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause. We assure you that my son is eager to catch up on any missed lessons
and complete any assigned work upon his return.
