EXPLORER TRADING CARD PROJECT
* Each student will be given a list of explorers to research and make their own trading cards.
* Students must pick 6 of the Explorers to do trading cards for.
* Along with each trading card, the student must also complete a research form about each explorer to be
handed in with matching card.
* This project is worth 80 points, for every day it is late you will be deducted five points from your final grade.

of the city VERACRUZ, in MEXICO and
took part in the conquest of CUBA. He is
also known for conquering the Aztec
Indians and their capital city of
Tenochtitlan, which later became Mexico
City. In 1536, he founded the first
European settlement in Lower California
and introduced chocolate to Spain.
