3251679 - Failed to Log into SAP Business One after the Reconfiguration

Symptom
You fail to log into SAP Business One with below error after the reconfiguration.
"Invalid username or password."
or
"Cannot retrieve access token, please contact your Administrator."

Reproducing the issue

Scenario:
1. Perform a reconfiguration in SAP Business One and change some settings.
2. After the reconfiguration is done, log into SAP Business One client or other SAP Business One components.
Expected behavior:
You log into SAP Business One client or components successfully.
Actual behavior:
You fail to log into SAP Business One with the error "Invalid username or password" .

Or "Cannot retrieve access token, please contact your Administrator".

Workaround:
1. In a Web browser, access the SAP Business One authentication service by navigating to the following URL:
https://<SLDServerAddress>:40020/auth/admin/sapb1/console/
2. Log into the SAP Business One authentication service with "B1SiteUser".
3. In the left menu, choose Users.
4. In the right panel, choose Lookup tab.
5. Choose View all users.
6. In the user list, delete all users except B1SiteUser.

Solution
SAP intends to provide a patch or patches to solve the problem described. The section References below will list the relevant
patches once they become available, and the Related Info content of relevant patches available in the SAP Support Portal
will show this SAP Note. Be aware that these references can only be set at patch release date. SAP delivers patches only for
selected releases at its own discretion, based on the business impact and the complexity of the implementation.
