Executive Summary

During the internship, the intern served as a supervisor in the IT department, overseeing

1.0: Introduction
I am writing to provide a comprehensive report summarizing my experience and
achievements during my internship with the IT Department at Tagie Limited Company.
The internship spanned 15/12/2023 up to 15/01/2024 and provided me with valuable
insights into the company's operations and the role of IT in supporting its business
objectives.
During my internship, I had the opportunity to work closely with the IT team, which
consisted of highly skilled and experienced professionals. The main goals of my internship
were to gain practical
knowledge and hands-on experience in various IT functions, including network
administration, system maintenance, and software troubleshooting.

Tagie Limited company is a leading technology company specializing in the development
and distribution of innovative software solutions. Established in 2005, Tagie has built a
strong reputation for delivering high-quality, reliable, and user-friendly products to a global
