NOW THEREFORE IT IS AGREED THAT:


Definitions:
"The Pack Value" shall mean the value of inputs the farmer beneficiary provided by the denominated in Zambian
Kwacha.
"Inputs" shall mean LOAN pack provided to farmers for crop production the programme has agreed to supply to the
farmers in terms of this agreement.

By signing this consent, I agree to the terms and reference outlined by the government on this Programme.

1. Obligations of the farmer beneficiary: Application Form


a) The farmer undertakes to complete sales by …………………………. Any extension to this date will be
based on the issuance of an addendum to this contract at the discretion of the financial institution.
b) The final sales date and any extension will be communicated to farmers in advance at the discretion of the
financial institution.
c) If the crop is delivered in a condition that does not manifestly comply with FRA/other off-taker standards
the ministry reserves the right to reject the crop. If FRA/other off-taker rejects the crop both parties agree
the risk and ownership of the crop delivered shall remain with the farmer and the farmer will at its own
expense remove the crop so delivered forthwith.
2. Sale of Crop:
a) The SAFF farmer beneficiary shall be obliged to sell the Final Estimated bags to FRA /other off-taker after
harvesting by ……………………………

3. Breach: In the event that the SAFF farmer beneficiary shall commit any breach of any of the terms and conditions
of this agreement, the ministry shall be entitled summarily to terminate this agreement to claim immediate
repayment of the SAFF farmer beneficiary arising out of the conduct of the SAFF Beneficiary farmer.
4.
Whole Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire contract between the parties, who acknowledge that
no warranties or representations or promises or undertakings have been given or made by either party to the other
excerpt as provided in this agreement. No variation of this agreement shall be valid unless reduced to writing and
signed by or on behalf of both parties.
