Agenda Statement:
The youth are necessary agents of change and advancement and this will be supported by the proper appropriation of funds and resources for the
operation of the Council including expenditures, payment of physical necessities, claims and in general, all matters relating to public finances towards youth
development. This is to ensure that the youth are given equal opportunities with the use of proper budget utilization.

Agenda Statement:
Strengthening the youth mechanisms in their participation in the community through overseeing their functions and duties as part of the Sangguniang
Kabataan and the Community. This ensures that each and every member operates and cooperates according to the demands and needs of the community as a
whole. Their active participation is crucial in empowering themselves and other youth to exercise their rights and responsibilities and be able to uplift them through

affect societal actions and initiatives towards youth development. It is necessary to foster members of the youth to make them capable of helping their society for
its betterment.

The critical role that economic empowerment will play a great role as a determinant for the destiny of the community and the next generations. The program
is predicated on the commitment to addressing the problems related to precarious employment in order to maximize the participation of young people in the
workforce. By doing this, it seeks to develop excellent job opportunities that empower our youth and foster sustained economic growth. It should be guided by
actively working to remove obstacles and foster an environment where all young people can flourish economically by prioritizing employment for the needy, while
also appreciating the unique challenges that the youth are facing.
