SMALL COSMIC MEDITATIONS – A GIFT FROM THE UNIVERSE TO HUMANS

These meditations were received by Master Ljubiša Stojanović, of whom we spoke about
earlier in The Awakening Times (stavi hyperlink na onaj tekst Baba’s Diamonds: Wizard
from Serbia); a great Master who was initiated into enlightenment by Sathya Sai. He has had
regular contacts with cosmic energies while fulfilling his great mission. During one of these
contacts, he received a very powerful meditation that can only be used by a handful, a
meditation used for reaching enlightenment.

However, spiritual energies indicated the need to offer people a few “small” meditations, in
addition to more serious, more effective and complex meditations. These smaller meditations
are gentle and can be used immediately by anyone, without any preparation. The goal of
these meditations is to awaken spirituality in as many people as possible, improve the
nervous system’s functioning, aid in healing, and prepare individuals for more serious
meditations.

Several effective meditations are offered, which were once available only to highly advanced
individuals in a paranormal sense. We call them “small cosmic meditations”.

Spiritual beings initiated all people globally, enabling everyone to practice these small
meditations… without any preparation! I hope the readers will find a way to appreciate this
graceful gift, something that was once reserved for the spiritual elite, now being shared with
all of humanity.

TESLA'S MEDITATION

The spiritual being Nikola Tesla, during his regular deep meditative contacts with Dr.
Stojanović, mentioned that the idea of publishing small meditations was excellent, but that it
was necessary to add one more small meditation, for which he provided the necessary details.

MEDITATION POSITION
It is best to perform the meditation in a seated or lying position. In exceptional cases, it can
be performed standing, but in that case, you must hold onto or lean against a sturdy object.

MEDITATION PROCESS
Close your eyes and imagine yourself standing inside a column of energy, approximately 2
meters high and 1 meter in diameter, which looks like a grayish mist. The meditation
involves focusing on this grayish energy within the column, without shifting your gaze or
thoughts outside of it. The meditation concludes simply by opening your eyes.

DURATION OF MEDITATION
The meditation lasts approximately two minutes.

HOW OFTEN TO PERFORM THE MEDITATION?


It can be done once or twice a day, either as a regular practice or as needed.

EFFECTS OF TESLA'S MEDITATION


Tesla’s meditation will, during its brief two-minute duration, provide complete calm to the
nervous system, cleanse parts of the aura, improve blood circulation throughout the body,
provide physical rest, and enhance the functioning of the nervous system.
SHIVA’S MEDITATION

About fifteen years ago, during a deep meditation, Dr. Stojanović encountered Shiva, who
gave him a healing method, a small meditation, requesting that he pass it on as a gift to all
people, meaning that anyone can use it without any preparation.

POSITION FOR MEDITATION


While lying or sitting, close your eyes and relax for a few seconds.

MEDITATION PROCESS
With your eyes closed, silently or aloud, recite the following:

 Dark blue energy enters through my toes into my feet,


 Dark blue energy passes through my lower legs,
 Dark blue energy passes through my knees,
 Dark blue energy passes through my thighs,
 Dark blue energy passes through my sexual organs,
 Dark blue energy passes through my pelvis,
 Dark blue energy passes through my kidneys,
 Dark blue energy passes through my pancreas,
 Dark blue energy passes through my spleen,
 Dark blue energy passes through my liver,
 Dark blue energy passes through my gallbladder,
 Dark blue energy passes through my large intestine,
 Dark blue energy passes through my small intestine,
 Dark blue energy passes through my stomach,
 Dark blue energy passes through my lungs,
 Dark blue energy passes through my heart,
 Dark blue energy passes through my spine,
 Dark blue energy passes through my neck,
 Dark blue energy passes through my head,
 Dark blue energy exits through the top of my head and stops 20 cm above my head.

Yellow energy enters through the top of my head, passes through my entire body, exits
through my toes, and returns to the earth.

NOTE
Before mentioning each organ, you must say, "dark blue energy passes through..." However,
when reciting the part about the yellow energy, organs are not mentioned, as the energy
rushes through the body in an instant.

It is advisable to imagine the dark blue energy moving from one organ to another like a mist.

DURATION OF MEDITATION
The total duration of this meditation is approximately three minutes.

HOW OFTEN TO PERFORM THE MEDITATION?


This meditation should be done daily, once or twice.
EFFECTS OF SHIVA'S MEDITATION
Shiva's meditation has a very powerful healing and relaxing effect. If there is pain in any
organ or part of the body, it is recommended to repeat the part of the text related to that organ
until the pain subsides, for example: "dark blue energy passes through my stomach, dark blue
energy passes through my stomach..."

MEDITATION " THE SMALL PLANET"

This small meditation was received by Miroslav, Dr. Stojanović’s son, from spiritual
energies.

MEDITATION POSITION
For this meditation, the seated position is best.

MEDITATION PROCESS
Close your eyes and, in your mind, travel to a small planet. The planet is so small that you
can see its curvature on the horizon, as if you're standing on a large ball. Above the Small
Planet is a night sky with stars. The planet is illuminated by a small sun with a soft reddish
glow, making the entire planet appear reddish. The planet is completely lifeless, with nothing
but red sand, gravel, and occasional rocks. As soon as you begin your journey, you will
already be on the Small Planet. Enter the body that you will see there and remain in it.

When you wish to end the meditation, simply open your eyes.

DURATION OF MEDITATION
The meditation lasts from two to five minutes.

HOW OFTEN TO PERFORM THE MEDITATION?


The meditation can be done once to three times a day, either as regular practice or as needed.

EFFECTS OF THE "SMALL PLANET" MEDITATION


During your time on the Small Planet, spiritual energies cleanse your aura from the effects of
stress, thereby removing the causes of illnesses, calming the nervous system, improving
mood, and promoting spiritual development.

MEDITATION "THE SUNSET"

Here is another small meditation that Miroslav, the younger son of Dr. Stojanović, received
during a deep meditation in 2002. He was told that while anyone could perform it, it would
only have a favorable effect on spiritually advanced individuals. They used it when they felt
exhausted, overly tense, or after stressful situations, and it provided almost instant positive
effects. However, teacher Ljubiša received information that this as well, in addition to other
cosmic meditations, could now be used by everyone, as spiritual energies had initiated people
in this way to aid the development of human civilization. Personally, this is one of my
favourites due to its simplicity.
MEDITATION POSITION
The best position for this meditation is lying or sitting with your eyes closed.

MEDITATION PROCESS
Imagine yourself sitting on the seashore, a few meters from the water. There is a stone there
on which you will sit in a cross-legged position, facing the sea. The sun, nearing sunset,
touches the surface of the sea on the horizon, and its shimmering reflection stretches across
the water to the shore where you are sitting. The sun's rays and their reflection on the water
are gentle and pleasant to look at.

Once seated on the stone, watch the sunset – the sun itself and the reflection of its rays on the
water that stretches to you. If you cannot focus on both the sun and its reflection at the same
time, try focusing on one or the other. Occasionally, you might lose connection with the sun
and its rays on the water, but remember that they are still there waiting for you, and return
your focus to them.

NOTE
It is important that the sun in this meditation is gentle, setting, and that its rays do not strain
your eyes. Additionally, the stone should always be the same one, as the meditation begins
the moment you sit on it.

DURATION OF MEDITATION
The "Sunset" meditation lasts approximately three minutes.

HOW OFTEN TO PERFORM THE MEDITATION?


The meditation is performed once a day, but if you are not feeling well, it can be done more
frequently.

EFFECTS OF THE "SUNSET" MEDITATION


Often, just a few seconds after sitting on the stone, you will feel your breathing slow down
and deepen, leading to calmness and the release of tension. This is because, for spiritual
energies, your sitting on the stone and watching the sunset represents a request for them to
cleanse your aura from the effects of stress and negative thoughts, to remove the causes of
nervous tension and various illnesses, and to improve the functioning of your nervous system.

MEDITATION - THE 7 SACRED RIVERS

According to spiritual energies, there are 7 sacred rivers on Earth: the Ganges, the Indus, the
Brahmaputra, the Volga, the Danube, the Mississippi, and the Amazon, all of which possess
highly developed consciousness.

This spiritual exercise or energetic action is performed by closing your eyes, imagining that
you have dipped your hands (for example, up to the elbows or fully) into one of these rivers,
and saying the following:
"I ask the sacred river (e.g., the Danube) to remove all harmful energetic burdens from my
body and aura, all nervous tension, everything that hinders my spiritual development... (and
anything similar)."

Remain in this state for about one minute (or more), paying attention to the sensations
occurring in the body, whether there is any release, comfort, or relaxation. Finally, thank the
sacred river (e.g., the Danube) and open your eyes.

The sacred rivers possess very beneficial properties and immense power, a portion of which,
depending on one's spiritual development, can be utilized by anyone. The effects of these
energies are intense, the cleansing is deep, and they are very beneficial, especially with
regular practice.
