Purpose:
To recognize and reward the dedication, hard work, and innovative contributions of faculty
members at Blessed Angels Achievers Academy, enhancing both student learning experiences
and the school's community spirit.

Objectives:
 Encourage Excellence: Motivate faculty to pursue Build Community: Foster a culture of
appreciation and recognition within the school.
 Promote Professional Growth: Encourage continuous professional development among
faculty members.
 Enhance Retention: Strengthen faculty morale and retention by acknowledging their
contributions and achievements.

1. Years of Service / Loyalty Award


The Years of Service Award is designed to honor and recognize faculty members at Blessed
Angels Achievers Academy who have dedicated a significant amount of time and service to the
school. This award celebrates the loyalty, commitment, and long-term contributions of educators
who have continually supported the school's mission and fostered student growth over the years.

Award Description:
The Years of Service Award acknowledges faculty members who have reached specific
milestones in their tenure at Blessed Angels Achievers Academy. This award highlights the
invaluable experience and dedication that long-serving educators bring to the school community.

Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the Years of Service Award, a faculty member must meet the following
criteria:
1. Full-Time Faculty: All full-time faculty members are eligible.

2. Continuous Service: The faculty member must have maintained continuous service at
Blessed Angels Achievers Academy without any breaks, except for approved leaves such
as sabbaticals, maternity/paternity leave, or other authorized absences.
3. Milestone Years: The award is given for achieving specific milestone years of service.
Typical milestones might include:
o 5 Years of Service
o 10 Years of Service
o 15 Years of Service
o 20 Years of Service
o 25 Years of Service

Nomination and Selection Process:


1. Tracking Service Duration:
o Administrative Records: The school administration will maintain accurate
employment records to track the years of service for each faculty member.
o Self-Verification: Faculty members should verify their records periodically to
ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies to the administration.
2. Selection:
o At the end of each academic year, the administration will review the records to
identify faculty members who have reached a service milestone.
o Faculty members meeting the criteria will automatically qualify for the award,
with no nomination process required.

Award Prizes and Recognition:


1. Prizes:
o Certificate of Recognition: A personalized certificate acknowledging the faculty
member’s years of dedicated service to the school.
o Commemorative Plaque or Trophy: A commemorative plaque or trophy with
the faculty member’s name, the number of years of service, and the school logo.
o Service Milestone Pin or Medal: A pin or medal representing the specific
milestone, such as a gold pin for 10 years or a silver pin for 20 years.
o Monetary Gift or Bonus: A monetary gift or bonus that increases with each
milestone (e.g., PHP 5,000 for 5 years, PHP 10,000 for 10 years, and so on).

2. Recognition:
o Annual Awards Ceremony: Recipients will be honored at the annual awards
ceremony, where they will be publicly acknowledged for their commitment to the
school.
o Feature in School Publications: Awardees will be featured in the school’s social
media platform to celebrate their long-term contributions.
 Recognition Wall: A permanent display in the school, such as a "Wall of Service,"
excellence in teaching, mentoring, and community service.
o showcasing photos and names of faculty members who have reached significant
service milestones.

2. Perfect Attendance Award


The Perfect Attendance Award is designed to recognize and reward faculty members who
demonstrate exceptional commitment and reliability by maintaining perfect attendance
throughout the academic year. This award acknowledges the dedication of teachers who
consistently show up to support their students and contribute to the smooth functioning of the
school community.

Award Description:
The Perfect Attendance Award honors faculty members who have not missed any scheduled
workdays, including teaching days, meetings, professional development sessions, and other
school-related duties, over the course of the academic year.

Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the Perfect Attendance Award, a faculty member must meet the following
criteria:
1. Full-Time or Part-Time Faculty: All full-time and part-time faculty members at Blessed
Angels Achievers Academy are eligible.
2. No Absences: The faculty member must have no recorded absences (excused or
unexcused) for the entire academic year. This includes avoiding personal, sick, or
vacation leaves, except for approved school-related activities or professional
development.
3. Timeliness: Faculty members must be punctual, arriving on time for all classes,
meetings, and school events.

Nomination and Selection Process:


1. Tracking Attendance:
o Administrative Monitoring: The school administration will maintain detailed
attendance records for all faculty members throughout the academic year.
o Self-Monitoring: Faculty members are encouraged to keep track of their own
attendance and report any discrepancies to the administration promptly.
2. Selection:
o At the end of the academic year, the school administration will review attendance
records to identify faculty members who have achieved perfect attendance.
o Faculty members meeting the criteria will automatically qualify for the award.

Award Prizes and Recognition:


1. Prizes:
o Certificate of Perfect Attendance: A personalized certificate recognizing the
faculty member’s commitment and dedication.
o Gift Voucher or Cash Incentive: A gift voucher or cash incentive, such as PHP
2,000 to PHP 5,000, to celebrate their achievement.

faculty lounge or a designated area of the school, celebrating their dedication and
