NORTHERN SAMAR, HELD ON 17th DAY OF OCTOBER 2022 AT THE
BARANGAY SESSION HALL.

“A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUNONG BARANGAY ERLINDA P. CINCO AND
BARANGAY TREASURER MARIO DE ANTONIO JR. TO WITHDRAW THE AMOUNT
OF FORTY-THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT PESOS
(Php43,738.00) FROM THE 10% SK FUND OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF
BARANGAY POBLACION FOR THE PURCHASE OF (3) THREE UNITS OF STAND FAN,
(1) ONE UNIT OF WATER DISPENSER, (1) SET OF SPEAKER WITH MICROPHONE,
AND (1) UNIT LED TV FOR THE SK YOUTH LEARNING HUB.”
WHEREAS, the Local Government Code of 1991 (RA7160) and the Sangguniang Kabataan
Reform Act of 2015 (RA10742) strengthens the role of the Filipino youth in nation building;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Poblacion established the SK Youth
Learning Hub as drop off center for educational materials and will cater the youths in
Poblacion and provide an avenue for the students to access available educational resources;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan Members requested the purchase of the said
equipment for the SK Youth Learning Hub;
WHEREAS, the following are the budgetary requirements identified;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Member Hon. Jomari A. Belda., duly seconded by
all members present;
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolves, to endorse to the Sangguniang Barangay for funding;
RESOLVED FURTHER, to authorize Punong Barangay Erlinda P. Cinco and Barangay
Treasurer Mario De Antonio Jr. to withdraw the amount of forty-three thousand seven hundred thirty-
eight pesos (Php43,738.00) from the 10% SK fund of Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Poblacion
for the purchase of (3) three units of stand fan, (1) one unit of water dispenser, (1) set of speaker with
microphone, and (1) unit led TV for the SK Youth Learning Hub.”
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the office of the Punong
Barangay, Sangguniang Barangay and all other concerned office for their reference and
appropriate action.
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED, this 10th day of May, 2021 at Barangay Poblacion, Lope de
Vega, Northern Samar, by the Sangguniang Kabataan Council in session assembled.
