FABRICATION :
Fabricating, Blast cleaning,Painting as specified below and delivering to site including Erection and aligning at site structural steel of
Grade E350 BR/B0 conforming to IS: 2062 as specified, Universal sections conforming to IS12778, BS EN10025, S355JO at all levels as
per drawing including tools, tackles, cutting, welding, consumables, erection and assembly bolts, sag rods, permanent high strength
snug tight connection bolts of minimum grade 8.8 (as per IS: 1367- part 3, IS: 3757, IS: 4000), nuts & washers, including preparation
of fabrication drawings for all types of structures, buildings, pipe racks, platforms, ladders and towers wherever applicable.
Blast cleaning with compressed air and blasting gun conforming to swedish standard SA 2½. Including all tools and tackles,
compressor, etc.
1 Epoxy painting system on steel surfaces (Painting system as per Annexure-2 Section S-3 of 6778-EQS-G0000-EB-0007) shall be 20 MT 135,000
consisting of one primer coat of zinc dust pigment with ethyl silicate binder - 1 x 65~75 microns DFT, one intermediate coat of Epoxy
Polyamide coat with Lamellar Micaceous Iron Oxide - 1 x 75~100 micron DFT and two final coats of Inert Pigment / Acrylic Aliphatic PU
paint with 80% gloss retention on exposure to 1000 hrs of QUV B 313 - 2 x 50 micron DFT, Gloss of min. 80 units @60 deg gloss head,
including all tools, tackles, scaffolding all complete.
All activities and scope same as 7.51 but with painting as specified below including all necessary cleats, stiffeners required for
structures to be fire proofed (fire proofing of structural member is excluded).
Epoxy painting system on steel surfaces to be fireproofed (Painting system as per Section 5 of 6778-EQS-G0000-EB-0007) shall be
2 consisting of first coat of Epoxy or Epoxy phenolic - 1 x 100~150 microns DFT, Finish coat of Epoxy or Epoxy phenolic - 1 x 100~150 5 MT 131,000
