Introduction

ONEWOO Garment Co., Ltd was established in 2015 in Quang

Nam Province, the Central area of Vietnam.
ONEWOO Garment Co., Ltd has experienced in shirt making and
uniform for 9 years.
We have 6 lines with 900 workers and annual output is around
3.000.000 pcs.
We mainly export to US market (90%) and Korea (10%).

• We are making shirts and uniform for big brands such

as: Levis Strauss, Dockers, Hazzy’s ….
• Besides, we also make doctor uniform for Barco.

Fabric Inspection
Step 1: The random inspection should be conducted follow the Fabric Inspection Standard
(Four Point System)

Step 2: QC to cut 6” length in full width fabric sample from the beginning of the roll to be
used for checking of bowing or skewing fabric.

Step 3: QC to compare the color in the beginning, middle and end roll and from left to right
and end to end against the approved shade bands. Ensure no color shading and
correct color tone
Fabric Inspection

Step 4: Inspect for visual defects at the speed slow enough to find
the defects such as holes, slobs, fly yarns, needle lines and
difference in color shades.

Step 5: After every roll finished, the QC should mark the inspection
result on the packing polybag with Blue sticker for Pass or Red
sticker for Failed. Date of inspection should also write on the stickers

Step 6: QC may be required to conduct more audit and in some

cases for 100% inspection.
Garment Inspection
Inline inspection:
- Inline QC need to check the following:
Cutting panel and along with the mechanics to check
sewing machine types and tension, Sewing threads and
needles, Seam faults, measurement, Interlining,
appearance

Endline inspection:
- Check products with technical material about size and
quality.
- Check measurement and cleaning.
- Check spare thread

Finishing QC inspection:
- Check quality after ironing
- Check broken needle through metal detector
- Check packing
- Check final QA
Garment Inspection

Finishing inspection:
QC Workers follow the packing instruction from buyers.

After ironing, garments are dry in the drying room to

prevent humidity.
