Vata sets the rhythm. Vata is responsible for every
Elements air (vayu) + ether movement in the body. Vata moves the heat of
(akasha) pitta and the fluid of kapha.
Since vata people are made of air and ether, they
Qualities dry, light, cold, mobile, are light and movement oriented. Vatas thrive on
rough, clear change and resist routine.
