3. Inspection of above ground piping, under ground piping and piping fabrications.
4. Field welding of CS, SS and AS pipes , I. e joint fit-up, inter pass weld visual, visual
inspection of final welds.
5. Conversant with NDT techniques like visual inspection (VT), Dye penetrate (DP), and
positive material identification (PMI).
6. Verifying incoming materials for material identification and spool identification.
7. Welding applications with various processes I.e-SMAW, GTAW,SAW, FCAW.
8. Surveillance of storage and backing of welding consumables.
9. Welder qualification and verification of WPS as per ASME sec IX.
10. Monitoring of proper usage of welding consumables.
11. Witness of hydro test and pneumatic test of plant piping system.
12. Documents updating in spoolgen through SAP system, Report preparation, status
reporting, coordination with contractor and sub contractor for corrective and preventive
action.
13. Final clearance and documents review of Test pack of pipit system as per line
Degigination table.
14. Witness of DPT and RT film interpretation.
