Zapi Handsets

Zapi handsets are specific to the vehicle manufacturer of the vehicle and/or control
that is being worked on. As such, it is important to know the vehicle and/or part
number of the Zapi controller. FSIP Electronics distributes Zapi handsets that are used
for Yale, Hyster, Clark, Caterpillar, and Crown. FSIP also offers a converted handset that
will work on 16 vehicles and most Zapi controls with a handset port, when paired with
our adapter cables.

Brand Selection
To use the handset, turn the knob on the handset to the number that corresponds
to the truck brand you will be working on. Be sure to select the correct truck brand
BEFORE connecting to the controller. To change brands, disconnect the handset from
the controller.
Applicable Brands
This handset contains the software for most Zapi controllers. However, it does
not fully support all truck configurations. Because some truck brands use similar
communication protocols, not all trucks.

OM Pimespo Several types of trucks including OM, Pimespo, Linde, Komatsu and Still.
Different adapter cables may be needed based on the truck brand.

Toyota Toyota trucks with Zapi controllers
Yale Yale trucks with Zapi controllers
Zapi All standard Zapi controllers. This setting can be used for Rocla, Yale,
Hyster, OMG, Haulotte, Atlet, Lafis, and Mitsubishi truck brands.
