trap out assembly, vapor assembly chimney trap, feed distributor assembly, ladder, pipe,
platform support, Insulation ring, Stiffener ring, column davits, Pickling/ passivation and
copper sulphate check for stainless steel material, Nozzle and manway orientation check, Skirt
to dish end set-up, shell to top dish set-up Hydro test of columns, thickness verification after
fabrication, etc.
Subsystem & system wise walk down for reinstatement and mechanical completion.
Generating punch-list and ensuring the raised punch list has been closed.
Verified test packages as per piping system drawing, weld maps, as built design, and as per

Read and review of Equipment data sheets and Previous Inspection History, Hold points such
as Fin fan coolers, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Storage Tanks.
External and CUI Inspection of piping, pressure vessel and cone and floating roof storage
Tanks according to API.

Inspects plant stationary equipment by entering into vessels, boilers and towers, during
shutdowns, to check condition of equipment. Includes noting observations on cracks, pits,
thinning and any other pattern of erosion, corrosion and otherinterior failure. Makes
interpretations of findings, analyses for failure, prepares report and issues recommendation to
Inspection Supervisor.
