DESCRIPTION
Euro Tile Fix-100 is a cementitious, non-shrink, polymer coating thin bed tile adhesive used for perma-
nent �ixing of tiles. It is ready to use with the addition of water. It can be used for bonding tiles internally
(Vertical & Horizontal). Suitable for use in tropical and hot climate condition.
RECOMMENDED USES
Euro Tile Fix-100 is suitable for bonding the following types of high absorption tiles:
• Ceramic, natural and arti�icial stone tiles.
• All types of high absorption ceramic tiles except those with very low absorption. Euro Tile Fix-100 can be
used on substrates including:
• Concrete.
• Cement Mortar.
• Bricks.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Surface Preparation:
Remove dirt, oil, grease, loose material andother bond-inhibiting materials. Concrete must be sound and
roughened topromote mechanical adhesion.
Cleaning of Equipment:
Clean all tolls and application equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened and / or cured
material can only be removed mechanically.
Mixing:
Put measured quantity of water (depend on the required consistency) into a mixing vessel. Add slowly the
total contents of Euro Tile Fix-100 while mixing. Mix continuously for 3 minutes to achieve even consis-
tency.
Application:
Apply Euro Tile Fix-100 at 2 – 5 mm thickness directly to concrete substrate, using a notched trowel and
spread the mortar evenly over the area to be tiled. Cover only an area that can be �iled within 15 - 30 min-
utes. Apply with “V”-notched trowels for small tiles. Apply with square notched trowel for bigger tiles.
Press tiles �irmly into the mortar with a twisting actionto ensure optimum adhesion.
Consumption:
The consumption depends on the surface pro�ile and roughness of the substrate and on the size of the
tilesand the placing technique.
