Form of Ownership
The Potato Ice Cream Business will adopt a sole proprietorship form of business ownership.
This type of business entity is owned and operated by one individual, with no legal distinction between
the owner and the business. The owner will have direct control over all aspects of the business,
including operations, marketing, and finance. Additionally, the owner will be fully responsible for the
business’s financial obligations, which may include debts, losses, or loans.
