appropriate for the project under consideration, the organizational structure, the quantity of employees
required, their credentials, and their pay, and the anticipated schedule prior to the project's execution. It
needs to be prepared for maximum efficiency. The management element outlines the responsibilities
and duties assigned to every worker. To ensure the success of the firm, the management duties include
staffing, organizing, directing, and planning There will be controlling. Among the advantages of
prosperous companies is their competitive personnel.

Form of Ownership

The Potato Ice Cream Business will adopt a sole proprietorship form of business ownership.
This type of business entity is owned and operated by one individual, with no legal distinction between
the owner and the business. The owner will have direct control over all aspects of the business,
including operations, marketing, and finance. Additionally, the owner will be fully responsible for the
business’s financial obligations, which may include debts, losses, or loans.

This form of business organization offers several key advantages:
