I- READING - COMPREHENSION (06 marks)
Read the text carefully and answer to the questions based on it
Text:
Internet is a large set of computer network that communicates with each other, often over telephone lines. It enables
companies, organizations, schools and government to share information across the world. The internet includes the
World Wide Web, which enables one to see documents in richly formatted text and pictures. Many webs’ pages link
to other web pages so it is easy to browse, or “surf” a large amount of information by just clicking with the mouse.
The internet can be used to learn all different types of subjects offered in schools. One will have to go to
“yahoo.com” site and then, there is a space, type whatever topic you are looking for information on and use the
mouse to click or search bits of information will be outlined and the person can make the choice of the kind of
information that suits his or her understanding. The internet can be used to seek more information.
