Recommendations
We would like to send PO email output to the PO created by user's (EKKO-ERNAM)
email address. I have done all the steps to create a condition type, access sequence,
message type, but I'm running into problems creating a new Partner Role to bring in

the User and add it to the Purchasing Document Partner Schema. I have made a  PO output type email
copy of Partner Role $1 (US) and also Partner Role VW (PE) but I keep getting a  status as ERROR 

Why PO creator will get a PO copy to his e-mail ID?

If you want to send multiple (e-mail) ID, you can go for development with ABAPer OR
can work with group e-mail concept( check with system admin team).

These specific POs are generated in ECC from the SRM shopping carts. We
currently output to the vendor using standard output condition records via edi,

fax, or email. We want to do an additional email output to the PO Created By as
they want a copy of the output that went to the vendor. It also serves as
notification that the PO created.

Hi Shiva,

I changed the customising as you suggested and the partner role is now in the
partner schema for the doc type. It is, however, not showing up on the PO. I don't
know why. But here's a question...

Since this partner role is a type PE for the personnel number would I need a
custom requirement for output control that will take the EKKO-ERNAM (User) and
get the personnel number? Then somewhere the appropriate email address exists
for that person.

Or is there a better way to generate a PO email output to the PO Created By

person?

Can you try option of maintaining condition record for the output type which you
have created specifically for sending mail to buyer.

In NACR maintain the condition record for the output type ...you can maintain it
for appropriate key combination.

In partner function maintain VW and partner as personal number of the user.

Here the issue might arrise is mail will be sent based on condition record
maintained. It will not check who has created the PO.

You can maintain condition record based on one key combination which will link
PO created user and the key combination.
