“A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF DIPLAHAN FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE UTILIZATION OF BDRRM
SPECIAL TRUST FUND AMOUNTING TO THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY
(Php. 300,000.00) FOR THE PURCHASE OF RESCUE VEHICLE OF BARANGAY
GUINOMAN, DIPLAHAN, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY”.
WHEREAS, the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management fund shall be
itemized and had been the integral part of the annual Budget pursuant to R.A 7160;
WHEREAS, upon the review of Sangguniang Barangay the plan covers the four (4)
thematic areas of Disaster which is Disaster .Prevention and Mitigation, Disaster Preparedness,
Disaster Response and Disaster Rehabilitation and Recovery whish also corresponds to the
structure of the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council;
WHEREAS, the aforementioned plan will strengthen the Barangay Institution Capacity
for Disaster Risk Reduction and Management and Building the Resilience of Local Communities
in times of Calamities;
WHEREAS, the BARANGAY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION MANAGEMENT COUNCIL
(BDRRMC) of Barangay Guinoman, Diplahan, Zamboanga Sibugay appropriated Three Hundred
Thousand Pesos Only (Php. 300,000.00) for the Purchase of RESCUE VEHICLE/EMERGENCY
VEHICLE.
WHEREAS, the BARANGAY TREASURER MR. EDWIN S. DAGUPLO certifies to the
availability of the said fund for this purpose.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Jerry P. Manihay duly seconded by Hon. Diosdado
Jr. L. Zamora, it was;
RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVE TO PASS A RESOLUTION REQUESTING
THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF DIPLAHAN FOR THE APPROVAL
OF THE UTILIZATION OF BDRRM SPECIAL TRUST FUND AMOUNTING TO THREE
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php. 300,000.00) FOR THE PURCHASE OF
RESCUE VEHICLE OF BARANGAY GUINOMAN, DIPLAHAN, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY”.
RESOLVED FURTHER, let copies of this Resolution are furnished to offices concern for
their information and/or appropriate action.
