Nutriquick strives to accommodate a community of peoples, particularly the individuals with a busy
lifestyle, a traveler, and more. Through serving convenience, affordable prepared meals. Nutriquick is a
Franchise company, owned and mainly operated by a group of individuals which are: Reina Cintya,
Charlynn Priscilia, and Michelle Tong Li Xian, all of whom have relevant business expertise. The group
members, who are also the owners, are in charge of directing day-to-day operations, negotiating
contracts with companies, and managing employees. As leaders, we ensure our clients' happiness.
Furthermore, we prioritize speed and efficiency to reduce customer wait time while serving exceptional,
balanced healthy meals via a range of options such as dine-in, deliveries, take-out, and drive-through.
The Singapore Business Review reports that it is one of Asia Pacific's busiest and most overworked
countries. With this opportunity, Singaporeans will be able to enjoy balanced meals with shorter wait
times than at unhealthy fast food restaurants, and we will be able to open our first location. There are
many different sorts of fast food franchise enterprises around the world today, particularly in Singapore,
a well-known international country. Nonetheless, our company has years of business experience and
professional knowledge of nutrition sciences, and our one-of-a-kind quick-service offering ensures

To achieve this, the company will ensure to produce a healthy balanced menu for consumers, develop a

an apple, which serves as a perfect representation of our beverages manufactured from genuine fruits.
Finally, the tagline “Healthy Eats, Fast Feats” implies that very quick and simple methods or practices
that can help you maintain a balanced diet without requiring a lot of time or effort. These are minor but
effective lifestyle modifications or behaviors that can help you eat healthier.

establishments can also offer pastries, such as sandwiches, as meals.

A) President / CEO : A franchise owner is the principal decision maker and is
capable of developing strategic plans. The owner must also oversee daily operations and be in
charge of financial management. Additionally, the president and owner are responsible for
recruiting, training, and ensuring that the team is aligned with the objectives. In addition to
developing a good relationship, research and learn about current trends and rivals, as well as
community involvement.
B) Vice President : Ensuring business operations and practices are following the
franchise company agreement, leading the franchise company initiatives, ensuring brand
standards, maximizing profitability, as well as helping the owner into contributing to developing
strategic plans. Moreover, they are also the ones to direct and coordinate the overall franchise
operations in the organization.
C) Financial Department : Responsible for keeping daily records and ensuring the
accuracy of the company's financial records. This encompasses accounting, reporting, accounts
receivable and payable, payroll, cash receipts, cash management, and investments.
D) Franchising Department : The franchising section seeks to support and teach franchisees
