CANVAS CLUE

Each team must consist of 2-3 members.


Students must report to the venue at the allotted time.
A manual with the necessary documentation will be provided,
which teams should use as a reference during the competition.
Participants are expected to avoid using AI tools like GPT for their
submissions.
Copying code or solutions directly from GitHub or other sources is
strictly prohibited.
Participants must bring their own necessities, including laptops,
chargers, and any other required materials.
All code used in the competition must be original and developed
during the competition.
Teams will be judged based on the performance metrics and the
quality of the code of the models developed.
The top two teams will be declared winners.
BINARY BATTLE 3.0

Each team consists of 2 members


Participants must bring their own necessities such as laptops,
chargers, etc.
Only 1 laptop to be used by each team along with a hackerrank
account of either participant.
Participants must report to the venue at the allotted time.
The use of online tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or any other AI
chatbots will lead to disqualification.
Plagiarism is prohibited.
Problems must be completed within the allotted time limit which
will not be extended.
Participants may bring notebooks or papers to workout the logic.
All submitted solutions will be reviewed for plagiarism and
fairness.
EUPHONIC

A minimum of 3 members and a maximum of 8 members can apply


Time limit is 8 + 3 minutes.
An individual can only participate in one band.
Only a limited number of bands will be able to perform on a first
come , first served basis.
A standard 5 piece drum kit, amplifier and mics will be provided
Pre-recorded music and synthesized beats are not allowed
All members of the band must be a part of a college/university.
Bands with members from multiple universities are allowed.
ELYSIAN THREADS

Semi-professional and professional teams are welcome to submit


their applications.
Every team will be allocated a 10-minute performance slot with an
additional 2 minutes for setup. Teams that surpass the time limit
will face deductions in their scores.
A maximum of 12 models and 3 backstage crew members per team
is permitted, inclusive of designers and makeup artists.
Teams have the freedom to choose their own themes. Teams are
encouraged to exhibit innovation and creativity in their use of
music, attire, accessories, and self-provided props.
The use of hazardous materials such as fire, water, and other
dangerous props is strictly prohibited.
Any form of vulgarity is strictly prohibited.
The ultimate decision of the contest winners will be determined by
the panel of judges
Indimoves

The time limit for each performance is minimum of 4 minutes and


maximum of 8 minutes. Additional 2 minutes is given for stage
setup.
Teams performing should contain 4-8 participants.
The event will contain only one round.
The judges' decision will be final.
Registered teams must send the songs two days prior to the
organising heads and must carry the song on mobile or pendrive
on the day of the event.
Vulgarity of any form will lead to immediate disqualification.
Props or use of colours and powders that can damage the stage
is strictly prohibited.
All teams must report to the venue 90 minutes prior to the start of
the event.
Teams must carry their college ID card or any other proof to show
that they belong to the college.

Team Size: Each team must consist of 5-15 members.


Time Limit: Performance duration cannot exceed 15 minutes,
including setup and exit.
Language: Plays can be in any regional or national language;
English, Hindi, or local languages are encouraged, but strictly no
profanity.
Theme: The play must be based on a socially relevant issue.
Props and Costumes: Simple props and costumes are allowed but
should be minimal.
No Mics or Amplifiers: The use of microphones or electronic
amplification is prohibited.
Audience Interaction: Engage with the audience, but avoid
inappropriate or offensive content.
Judging Criteria: Creativity, acting, script, audience
engagement, and overall impact.
Disqualification: Any form of disrespect, inappropriate behavior,
profanity or exceeding the time limit will lead to disqualification.
Safety: Ensure the performance is safe for both the audience and
participants.
TREBLE AND TAAL

Participants are to register for Western Solo Singing and Indian


Solo Singing separately. One can register for both categories.
Participants are allowed to sing only western songs and Indian
songs according to the respective category registered for.
Price Pools are separate for both categories. Prices are handed
for 1st & 2nd place for both categories separately. No rounds,
Direct Winners!
Participants can bring their musical instruments if required.
Instruments will not be provided.
Participants may refer to song lyrics while singing.
Participants can use backing tracks if required. The track must be
submitted a few days in advance.
The participants must complete their performance within the
allotted time. (3+1 minutes including preparation)
The participant will be disqualified immediately in face of any
vulgar lyrics.
Amplifiers and required cables will be provided.
The participants will be judged based on the following criteria:
1. Pitching
2. Diction
3. Creativity
4. Technical correctness
5. Emotion
FOOTLOOSE

This will be an open style event


As only popular songs of all languages will be played it is a
beginner friendly event.
Each round (or consecutive groups of rounds) will be specific to a
certain genre of music. Ex:Bollywood, kuthu, afro, hiphop etc based
on the complexity.
First round will be a warmup/trial round for 30 seconds.
Each dancer will get to battle 1v1 for 45 seconds.
Winner of each battle decided by the judge will move on to the
next round.
Any round that leads to tie will lead to an extra battle round.
Semi finals and finals will consist of 2 to 3 rounds respectively.
Vulgarity of any sort will lead to immediate disqualification.

Format of Battle:
Competitors face off in knockout battles. The format is single-
elimination, where the loser is eliminated from the competition.
Disqualification:
Any act of cheating, sabotage, or use of pre-recorded sounds will
result in immediate disqualification.
Aggressive behavior, offensive gestures toward other competitors,
judges, or the audience, is grounds for disqualification.
Use of Sounds:
All sounds must be created using the human voice, mouth, lips,
tongue, or throat. No external devices or instruments are allowed.
Competitors cannot use pre-recorded audio, backing tracks, or
musical instruments.
For Elimination Rounds:

Rounds: Each battle consists of two rounds (A coin toss will be
made to decide if Competitor A or Competitor B goes first).

Duration:
Reels must be between 30-60 seconds in length.
Photos should be a single image capturing a standout moment from the
event.
Categories:
Best Reel: Awarded for the most creative and engaging video that covers
the daily theme.
Best Photo: Awarded for the most creative photograph taken from any
moment during the event.
Judging Criteria:
Videography Skills and editing (for reels)
Photography Skills (for photos)
Coverage (how well the reel captures the theme)
Creativity (originality and storytelling)
Submission:
All entries must be submitted online by the specified deadline.
Winner Selection:
Two 1st place winners will be announced:
Best Reel (based on theme coverage and creativity and editing)
Best Photo (based on overall creativity and quality can be edited or
raw)
Prizes:
The winning reel and photo will be featured on the Maaya Instagram page
along with a cash prize.

Participants must register in teams of two


Malpractices will lead to disqualification.
Usage of the internet is prohibited.
Round 1: All the teams will be given audio and visual song-related
questions along with music trivia. The top 10 teams who guess
correctly will go through to Round 2.
Round 2: The top 10 teams will be given harder questions with a
shorter time limit, and buzzers will be used to determine who
guesses the fastest. Points will be added based on speed, and a
winner will be determined.
TOTE-A-THON

Participants will have the opportunity to transform a plain tote bag


into a unique
masterpiece using a variety of materials, including paint, glitter,
thread, buttons, markers, sequins, and more. The more creative, the
better!
The contest will last for 2 hours and consists of only 1 round.
Teams may consist of 1 or 2 members.
Only the tote bag will be provided; participants must bring all
materials needed, such as paint, brushes, glitter, thread, markers,
sequins, etc.
Judging criteria will include:
Creativity and Originality
Concept Behind the Design
Craftsmanship and Attention to Detail
Visual art plagiarism of any kind will result in disqualification.
Explicit or offensive content is strictly prohibited.
Newspapers will be provided for cleanliness. Participants are
responsible for disposing of waste items in the nearest dustbin and
keeping their surroundings neat and clean at all times.
On-the-spot registrations are not permitted.

Round 1 is an aptitude round.


No internet usage during round 1. (allowed only for submission)
Malpractice will not be tolerated.

Round 2 is the murder mystery round


Video/photos is not allowed in the crime scene.

We strongly recommend that each team get at least one laptop to
have a better work flow.
We recommend the participants to carry headsets so the audio
from their devices do not disturb the other participants

Martian Muck: Galactic Slime Station:


Participants will be tasked with creating their own slime using the
provided materials. This fun and interactive event allows participants
to get creative and messy while crafting their own unique slime
concoctions.
All participants must use only the materials provided by the
organizers.
Misuse of the equipment will be highly discouraged.
Slime wars may happen, so be prepared to have some fun!
Participants must clean up their area after the event.
The organizer's decision will be final in case of disputes or
violations.

Scuttle Shuttle: The Great Toothbrush Head Race!:


In this thrilling race, participants will construct their own "bugs" from
the provided toothbrush heads and other materials. The objective is to
build a bug that can race across the track, with the fastest bug
winning the challenge.
Participants can only use the materials given to them on the spot
to build their bug.
Any form of malpractice or use of external items will result in
immediate disqualification.
The bugs must be constructed and ready to race within the given
time limit.
The race winner will be determined by the fastest bug to cross
the finish line.
Safety is to be prioritized; ensure that the bugs are stable and
race-ready.

conquer

Participants must not damage any property, whether public or


private, during the treasure hunt. Vandalism of any kind is strictly
prohibited and penalizable.
Teams aren’t allowed to exchange clues or help each other out in
any way or split up in between the event, else they will be
disqualified.
Teams will need to find all the clues in order and they will move
on in the competition once they do so. More information
regarding the game will be clarified later
Teams will need to report to the venue of the event for a briefing
at the specified timings. Any team failing to do so will be
disqualified.
Teams must be of size 3,any team failing to meet this criterion will
not be allowed to participate.
Any indecent behavior during the event will not be tolerated and
will lead to disqualification.

Each team shall consist of 2 members


Participants must bring their stationery and necessary gadgets including
notebooks, pens, laptops etc.
The use of any AI tools shall be strictly prohibited
All submissions will be checked for plagiarism and the use of AI
The submissions and deliberations for each round shall be limited to the time
duration of the round itself. No submissions will be entertained that exceed
the time limit specified by the judges
All participants are expected to attend the entire duration of the event
(offline)
Actions which shall classify as disruption of the event’s decorum include inter
alia:
(a) Bullying (b) Direct/Indirect Discrimination (c) Harassment
(d) Victimization (e) Vilification
(f) Non-adherence to the language guidelines including inter alia:
1. Use of Graphic Language and/or slurs
2. Personal Attacks
(g) Misuse of Technology (h) Heckling
(i) Disclosure and/or misuse of any protected attributes

The event organisers shall have complete discretion to address any


violations of the event's decorum including the interpretation of such a
violation and the application of a relevant redressal mechanism as
provided for below.

Mechanisms for redressal of such a violation may constitute inter alia:


(a) Verbal Reprimand
(b) Stripping of Cash Prizes (and/or) awards
(c) Disbarring from the Event
(d) Redirecting to PES University Authorities

Event Rules of Procedure which shall be provided to all participants


before the commencement of the event must be strictly adhered to.

The decision of the Judges shall be treated as final. Any redressal of


issues regarding the judgment shall be made using inter alia:
(a) The marking scheme maintained by the Judges
(b) Any/all verbatim records of the proceedings
(c) Any/all documents submitted during the event’s duration

Mics will be provided by the University.


All the equipments (laptops, chargers, basic stationery, etc)
required by participants for presenting their case study should be
brought by them.
The event will be conducted in english and will have 2 rounds.
No bias towards any caste / community / religion.

Disobedience of rules may lead to disqualification.
Case study will be given to the team on spot. They will be
expected to come up with 6-8 slide presentations for the first
round. Details of the second round will be sent later.
Judging is based on team's relevance to the issue, creativity,
stage presence, research, spontaneity, content, adherence to the
topic, on-stage presentation, coordination, and overall appeal.
Judge's decision will be final and binding.
Addition/Deletion or any changes in the rules can be done by the
organizers.

The quiz will consist of two rounds: the prelims and the finals
Prelims will be a pen and paper round wherein all the participants
will be given a sheet of paper to write down their answers
Star marked questions will be considered in case of a tie
The top 8 teams shall qualify for the finals which will be a mixture
of different rounds/formats
 The top 2 teams from the finals will be announced winners
 Audiovisual questions could also be included in both the rounds
 Any form of malpractice will lead to immediate disqualification
 Phones to be kept overturned in plain sight of the volunteers and
their usage is completely prohibited

Teams must consist of 4 to 6 participants.


Each team will be assigned one specific theme, revealed upon
arrival. Theme details are available in the event brochure.
Teams will be evaluated on their critical thinking and problem-
solving skills, Judging also factors in the total time taken to
complete the task, along with the number of helplines used.
Teams must arrive at their designated rooms at least 10 minutes
before their scheduled time slot.
Each team is allowed up to 2 helplines for assistance if they face
difficulties. The number of helplines used may impact the team's
final score, so use them wisely.
The use of electronic devices (phones, laptops, etc.) is strictly
prohibited. Any violations will result in immediate disqualification.
Participants are not allowed to bring any personal items into the
room or take anything out of it. Each team will be given a set of
tools and materials necessary for solving the clues.
Participants must handle all provided materials carefully. Damaging
props will result in immediate disqualification and may incur a fine.
Alchemist Abyss

Teams must be present at their venue 10 minutes prior to their


allotted slot.
3 helplines will be given if a team is not able to solve the puzzle
at hand.
The winners are decided by a combination time required to
escape and the number of helplines used.
The usage of electronic gadgets (phones, laptops, etc.) is strictly
prohibited and non- compliance will lead to the disqualification
of the team
Participants are not allowed to carry anything into or out of the
room. Each team will be given a box of tools and materials that
are necessary to solve the clues.
Any damage caused to the props will result in an immediate
disqualification and a fine.
pickleball

Non-marking shoes are compulsary


Team format: Doubles – Men and Women
Racket and pickleballs will be provided by organizing team.
All participants should be present on time at the given venue
(MRD) and in proper sports attire.
Each game will consist of 1 set of 11 points.
Participants must follow rules to ensure a fair game and
referee decision is final decision.
It will be held in 1 round Qualifier, Semifinal(Best of 3-each 11
points) and Final(Best of 3-each 11 points).
tABle tennis

Non-marking shoes are compulsary


Participants should bring their own table tennis racquet.
Table and table tennis-balls will be provided by organizing
team.
In this tournament players should respect each other.
All participants should be present on time at the given
venue(MRD) and in proper sports attire.
All participants must follow rules to ensure a fair game and
refree decision is final decision.
All the bags should be kept on the benches beside table
tennis tables in MRD.
It will be held in three rounds Qualifier (Match of 21 points-11
points knockout round), Semifinal (Best of 3-each 11 points)
and final (Best of 3-each 11 points).
badminton

The tournament will be played in the form of superknockout.


There are 3 categories : men’s singles,women’s singles and
mixed doubles
Each game will consist of 1 set of 15 points
Participants must bring their badminton racquets and non
marking shoes compulsorily.
Participants can register for both singles and doubles
category
Shuttles will be provided for the games
Referee’s decision is final and no arguments will be
entertained
The tournament moves in a knockout stage with each win
taking you closer to the final
Mixed doubles participants must have one male and one
female in a team.
8 - ball pool

2v2 8 Ball Pool Knockout Tournament.


Each round will consist of a single game.
Semis and Finals will be played in Best of 3 Format.
To win: Team has to pot their associated set of balls and then
the black ball before their opponent.
No call shots except for black ball
Illegal pot of black ball leads to immediate victory of the
opponent.
Coin is tossed to decide on which team breaks first
Referee decision is final
Teams must have 2 players

Team format - doubles


The teamamtes shouldn't talk during the course of the game
While playing no instrument should be carried.
Any sort of distraction or disturbance caused to an opponent
will lead to first warning.
Players who fail to play by the rules will be disqualified.

Tournament Format - Knockout


Latest fide rules in force will be applied
Number of rounds will be decided based on the number of
participants
Time control - 15 mins + 5 sec increament (which may be
adjusted depending on the given circumstances and time

You play alone and take turns throwing three darts in each
turn.
The objective is to score points by hitting specific areas on
the dartboard.
Aim to reach zero points to win
You must finish the game by hitting a double or the bullseye
to achieve exactly zero points.

The tournament will begin with 24 teams in a knockout format.


Teams will be reduced to 12, then 6, and finally to the top 3. The
top 3 teams will compete in a final competition that will be in a
Round-Robin Format, with the first-place team declared as the
winners and the second-place team as the runners-up

The tournament will be 1v1


All the matches will be conducted offline on CONSOLE
Only teams which currently exist in the world are allowed to be

Bring Your ID cards/proof of identity to play in the tournament.

Have modest team names. Organizers will ask you to change your team
name if deemed inappropriate.
All teams must appoint a Captain. This person will be solely responsible for
all communication with the event admins/organizers during the
tournament.
Players from other colleges are also invited to participate in the event.
A player cannot play for more than one team in the tournament. If found,
the whole team will be disqualified.
Teams will be divided in various groups with top teams with most points
qualifying fot the next round.
The Map will be decided out at random (Erangel, Sanhok, Miramar,
Vikendi). The contest will have 2 rounds-Qualifier and Finals(3 matches
each round).
Only mobile devices are allowed. No tablet/ipad players are allowed.
Standard Point Rules will be applied throughout the tournament. The
organizer's decision will be final.
Cheating of any form (Wall hacks, aimbots, account switching, etc) is
STRICTLY prohibited. If found cheating, the whole team WILL BE
DISQUALIFIED without a refund
All players should have their in-game finish replay enabled so that if you
discover any player hacking, you can send us the finish replay and we'll
take the appropriate action.
Top 2 Teams will win cash prizes.

The event will feature 1v1 Triple Draft Battles in an elimination-style format.
All participants must arrive promptly and be present in the assigned
classroom.
Keep clan chat appropriate and polite, offensive messages will not be
tolerated. The organizer’s decision is final in case of disputes.
Ensure devices are fully prepared, as the organizers are not responsible for
uncharged devices.
Participants are not allowed to play against each other outside of official
matches during the event
