Lines, Power & Distribution Transformer, DTR Installations, Meter Connections, Survey, measurement etc. I have
through knowledge in Projects execution including Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Substations up to 33
KV in Distribution Sector. Prepared and approved of GTP & Drawing. I am responsible for leading the team of
expert and guiding them for the project, administration of the project, co - ordination with experts, co - ordination
and supervision of field activities. Review of Contractor s detailed work Program and key personnel and suggest
modifications, review of construction methods proposed by the Contractor to ensure that the same are
satisfactory with particular reference to the technical specifications, assist the Employer in review of contractors
securities, insurance covers and safety plans; assist the Employer in monitoring the progress of works and
implementation of project through computer aided project management techniques and Management
Information System (MIS) and construction supervision, Liaison with the local authorities for shifting of utilities,
wherever required, Scrutinize Contractor s working drawings inspection of Contractors equipment installations
and other facilities, test check of measurement, examination of the monthly statements of contractors,
monitoring progress of works at regular intervals. I know how to maintain project related documentation,
Responsible for material reconciliation and joint measurement with Sub Contractor & Clients. I Review and
approve drawings prior to submission to client and monitor and review all rework and resubmissions until final
approval is obtained.

6. Reporting

Weekly report to obtain weekly progress of the work from turnkey contractor.
Final report at the completion of services.
Any report as and when required by client at any point of time. Report shall include details of all
meetings, decisions taken therein, physical and financial progress, any delay, reasons for such
delay and corrective measures.
7. Co-ordination with Nodal Agency/ MoP and any other works as may be required to achieve the
objectives of the scheme.
