As fresh out of college graduate, you get an opportunity to dive right into a high-impact role
of implementing our SaaS product (GRAVTY®) which includes partnering with renowned and
diverse multinational companies/brands to help them succeed in providing unique and
innovative Loyalty Management solutions to their customers.

What will you DO:
The job will involve intense Business Consulting and Product Implementation
• Conduct structured discovery with clients, analyze business requirements, their
opportunities and key pain points, target business and IT outcome.
• Conduct cost-benefit and market feasibility/relevance analysis.
• Study the competitive landscape, market trends impacting their business.
• Advise customers on customer loyalty strategies, define measures (KPIs) for success.
• Deliver program definition, provide ongoing oversight, track program performance
and optimization strategies.
• Plan and deliver training for client's business users.
• Develop project collaterals.
• Deliver world-class post-implementation support as per the SLAs support and exceed
client expectations.
• Manage and grow LJI business in client accounts (customer value).
You will be a GREAT FIT if you (MUST) have:
• B.Tech in all streams except Information Technology / Computer Science.
• 0-1 years of Business Analysis/Product implementation experience.
• Tech Savviness - sound awareness of latest tech advancements. internet and email
proficiency and computer literacy including know-how of MS Office and the like.
• Excellent articulation and written communication skills - Ability to understand,
document, and effectively communicate up and downstream systems.
• Natural analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Amazing interpersonal skills.
• Ability to excel and lead in a fast-paced, start-up environment while taking on diverse
responsibilities.
