A. Project Management/execution.

 Responsible for team handling at site with TBT including Health, Safety, Environment with effective site
management & discipline to ensure safe execution of the project.

 Erection, installation & commissioning of pipeline & equipment.

 Experience in participating in project review meetings for tracking project progress and handling overall
planning scheduling.

 Checking the contractor's bill.

 Preparation of document reports like, DPR, WPR, MPR, Job Procedure WPS, WQT, PQR and EQT with all test
reports.

 Document work like Mechanical clearance certificate, Procedure for hook up, Nitrogen purging, Pre-
commissioning & commissioning, Line diagram and related work.

B. Pipe Line, Piping/installation & Erection

 Responsible for team coordination with work procedure like Grading, pipe stacking, Row, Stringing,
main line welding, Tie in welding, RT inspection, coating, Trenching, lowering, backfilling, pouring,
compaction, Dressing etc.

 Piping operation, testing & inspection, fabrication operation.

 Project management, detailed engineering, Piping codes and standard.

 Installation of various types of piping/Equipment/Structure as well as conducting test & inspections

to ensure operational effectiveness.

C. Quality Assurances/ Quality Control

 Review of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), procedure Qualification record as per standards &
Client Specification, EQT Test and related activities.

 Responsible for QA/QC document of the project, including calibration certificate, test result,
inspection result, non-compliance report and site instruction/observation, permanent material delivered
and other QA/QC important documents.

 Review the quality of all the material at the site, ensure compliance with all project specification and
quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality material.
  TCP design fittings & all other supply materials.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

 Managed the planning and execution of pipeline projects for various clients in the oil and gas
industry Project scheduling & planning-independently supports overall planning & schedule development
analysis & reporting efforts, planning of resource /requirement etc.

 Monitoring & Forecasting- Reports preparation for monitoring the program on a weekly & monthly
basis & conduct timely review to identify & mitigate possible risk with cost performance project. Liaising
with the project management team on all relevant cost planning issues.

 Estimated the quantity and scope of work –The oil and gas industry, based on the current footprints
and the tender drawings. Compared the estimates with the actual costs and identified areas for
improvement and savings.

 Risk Analysis- The oil and gas industry, using various tools and methods to assess the probability and
impact of potential hazards. Generated distribution, Toronto, and cash flow graphs to visualize and
communicate the risk scenarios and mitigation strategies.

 Critical Path- Applied the critical path method to find the optimal sequence of activities for pipeline
projects in the oil and gas industry, minimizing the project duration and cost. Identified and managed the
critical and non-critical tasks, and adjusted the schedule as needed.

 Delay analysis – Analyzed the causes and effects of delays for projects in the oil and gas industry,
using analytical tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Prepared recovery schedules to
minimize the impact of delays and ensure timely completion of the project objectives.

 Real time monitoring – Performed real-time monitoring of pipeline projects in the oil and gas industry,
comparing the planned time cycle and the actual time cycle. Detected and reported any deviations or
delays and suggested corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.

 Productivity analysis - Preparation of Progress S Cure (Overall Plan V/s overall actual achieved) &
FPS.

 Site Installation Plan – Initial site set-up with mobilization plan with necessary approval from the client.

 Material procurement details –. Managed the material procurement process for pipeline projects in the
oil and gas industry, ensuring the availability and quality of the required materials. Prepared monthly
material requirement plans based on the project schedule and the lead time of the suppliers.

 Monitoring Tendering & Work Contracts with C&P team - Monitored tendering and work contracts
with C&P team for pipeline projects in the oil and gas industry, ensuring compliance with quality
standards, safety regulations, and budget constraints.

 Value engineering – Providing support to the project manager for planning any alternative, value
engineering. Proposals or changes, as and when required.

 Submission of work progress - Submission of Daily Progress Report, Preparation of FPR & MPR, and
Progress Review Presentation etc.

 Familiar with codes & standards related to gas pipelines like API, ASME, &ASNT.

 Familiar with all NDT processes like RT, UT, DPT, ETC...& their applicability in gas pipeline activities.

 Detailed hand sketches preparation duly identifying steel pipeline laying sketch on priority as per new
guideline.

 Daily visiting to site, planning, monitoring, of activities with contractor personal and carrying out
inspection audit.

 Witness of EQT, WPS & WQT of welder on site.

  Preparing and sending daily site DPR via email & what’s app.

 Carrying out pre-commissioning audit & follow-up for pre-commissioning audit by O&M department.

 Commissioning of line in presence of O & M personals.

 Inspection of material received at site & also inspection of incoming material.

 Issuing free issue material to contractors as per the site requirements.

 Witness blasting, coating & peel test of welding joints.
 Checking, Verification and Approving of RA Bill submitted by the Contractors and forwarding it to Client.

 RA Bill 10%, 30%, & 100% re-measurement review and check with Contractor before client review.

 Reviewing RT films of every joint according to API-1104, ASME standards & MNGL codes.

 Provide support and guidance to the team, recognizing strength / weakness and implementing the
required corrective action to ensure timely project completion.

 Involved in developing / maintaining and managing the Project schedules from conceptual to handing
over of the project to O&M.

 Familiar with Horizontal Directional Drill (HDD) for laying pipeline under the national highway, railways,
major road, major Nallah/culvert, river, and case of major hindrance.

 Inspection of trenching, stringing laying of pipe, welding, joint coating & radiography test of pipeline.

CNG RELATED ACTIVITY:-

 Installed 4 Nos. CNG Daughter Booster Station 250 SCMH and 1 nos. Online Station & 1 nos. Mother
Station with Compressor.

 600 and 1200 SCMH Respectively.

 Monitoring of LCV for smooth & uninterrupted supply of CNG through cascades to Daughter station
day-to-day.

 Rectification of Technical issue of APFC Panel installed at online CNG station.

 Station Tubing and equipment installation, testing and commissioning as per standard specification.

 Final documentation report preparation during contraction, equipment details & station drawing.

 Monthly Maintenance of compressor & Dispenser installed at Online & Daughter CNG Station.

 Follow-up & rectification of complain received from CNG Station regarding technical issue of
Dispensers.

 Maintenance of CNG Cascades installed at online CNG station and mounted on LCV and other CNG
related activity.

 Compressor and electrical equipment installed at station.
