DETAILED LESSON PLAN IN ENGLISH 5

audiences and purposes.

The learner fills-out forms accurately (school forms, deposit and withdrawal

1. Identify the key parts of various forms (school forms, deposit and
withdrawal slips).
2. Fill out different forms accurately with appropriate information.
3. Appreciate the importance of accuracy when completing forms in real-life
situations.
