RENT AGREEMENT

This Rent Agreement made and executed on this Tuesday the 4 th day of
June, Two Thousand and Twenty Four by and between:

1. Sri Yogesh S G, having residential address #2395/535-536-537 Flat


Number 001, Nandi Recedency behind indoor stadium, S S Layout, B
Block, Davangere-577004, Karnataka. Hereinafter called as “LAND
LORD”.

2. M/s. Dayogi Adventurides Private Limited, represented by Mr. Hruday


Sarvade Yogesh, Director, residing at #2795, 3rd Main 3rd Cross, MCCB
Block, Southern Extension - dvg, Davanagere - 577004. Hereinafter called
as “TENANT”.

WHEREAS the landlord is the absolute owner of the premises built at


#2395/535-536-537 Flat Number 001, Nandi Residency behind indoor
stadium, S S Layout, B Block, Davangere-577004, and the Tenant who is in
need of business premises approached the landlord and landlord has agreed
to let out the said premises to the Tenant for establish its office.

The said premises is being used since 01.04.2023 on an oral agreement


basis and Land lord confirms that he has received rent till 31.01.2024. Now
on mutual agreement both land lord and tenant is agreed to renew the
rental agreement for another term of 11 months with a increment of 10%.

Now this rent agreement being made for term starting from 01.02.2024 to
31.12.2025 on a monthly rental of Rs. 1100/- under the following terms and
conditions:

NOW, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AND IT IS HEREBY


AGREED, UNDERSTOOD, CONFIRMED AND DECLARED BY AND
BETWEEN THE PARTIES HERETO AS FOLLOWS:

1) That the monthly rent payable by the tenant in respect of the premises is
fixed at Rs.1100/-.

2) A refundable Rental Security deposit /Advance of Rs.50000/- is paid by


the tenant to the landlord.

3) The said premises and building shall be used only for tenant’s office
purpose and shall not use for any illegal immoral purpose and tenant
shall maintain the cleanliness the premises.
4) Tenant is permitted to make the necessary interior as per his
requirement without causing any damage to building structure.

5) That tenant shall pay the monthly rental of Rs.1100/- by the 10 th of every
calendar month.

6) Either of the parties shall give two months clear notice of their intention
of terminating the rent agreement.

7) Any dispute arising between the parties shall be settled amicably.


IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Landlord and the tenant have signed this
agreement in the presence of the witness here below at Shivamogga on the
day, month and the year first above written, out of free will and conscience.
