1. ELECTION OF HRPTA OFFICERS
Moved and seconded by all parties in the meeting, here are the set of HRPTA Officers for SY:

2. REITERATION OF SCHOOL POLICIES AND GUIDELINES
The class adviser presented the slide presentation about the comprehensive school policies and
guidelines agreed upon by the parents that it should be practiced.
3. DISCUSS AREAS FOR PARTNERSHIP AND COLLABORATION
The parents initiated to provide some areas of partnership, some presented to donate cleaning
materials for the classroom. The class adviser reiterated that the greatest area of partnership and
collaboration is the active involvement of parents and various school endeavors.
4. DISCUSSED ABOUT ABSENTEEISM AND MISCONDUCT
The class adviser presented the guidelines on absenteeism and identified various misconducts that
might involve the learners and provided means on how it could/would be resolved/avoided.
5. PRESENTATION OF CLASS PROGRAM, GRADING SYSTEM AND CLASS ACT.
The class adviser presented the class program for the school year wherein there were changes
included that needs to be understood. The grading system was also presented and the various
activities that a certain learner must perform.
6. OTHERS
A. Discussion of waiver to permit posting of learners duly approved by the parents.
B. Discussion of the status of the classroom and the ceiling repair.
C. Discussion of the wearing of IDs and uniform.
D. Discussion of policies on the suspension of classes, excuse and use of cellphones.
E. Discussion of bringing the motorcycle inside the school.
F. Discussion on proper dress code and other prohibited activities.
VI. Adjournment
On motion presented Sir John Kenneth Q. Recuenco, duly seconded by the body present, the meeting
was adjourned at exactly 2:15 in the afternoon.
