Description:
CASA (Contract And Service Administration) is a global management system for handling
telematic accounts and services in the BMW Connected Drive (CD) system environment. It
also serves as a System that manages the contracts of the customer or offers of the users
that avail in the car. It also manages the complete profile of the right from the
manufacturing of the car (in the plant) and until the vehicle is demolished.
Responsibilities
▪ Providing24/7 application support for both infrastructure and customer related
issues.
▪ Coordinating with interface partners to get the issues fixed on time.
▪ Log file analysis to know the exact issue Using WINSCP, Kibana and Putty.
▪ Application Monitoring using Dynatrace and SMP monitors
▪ Reporting SLA and Incident trend to onshore team.

Buffet (BFF), the ConnectedDrive Billing Service, is the system that is responsible for
the price calculation and billing of the ConnectedDrive Services. It is based on the
accounting system OpenInformer.
Responsibilities:
▪ Providing24/7 application support for both infrastructure and customer related
issues.
▪ Log file analysis using putty.
▪ Coordinating with 3rd level in order to get the issues/defects fixed on time.
▪ Application Monitoring using SMP (nagois) monitors.
