THIS IS SAMPLE DESIGN FOR OUR ALL CAPACITY OF R.O. PLANT
WATER PROCESS DESCRIPTION
Raw water is chlorinated with the help of dosing pump, Sodium Hypo chloride is dosed in raw water before it
is taken into the raw water tank/s. (Storage tanks are considered in your scope and should be of 20 M3 to 50
M3 capacity). Storing of water into this tank will give retention period for water and thus chlorine will
effectively oxidize the organic impurities (kill bacteria and virus). This chlorinated water is passed through
Multi Media Filter with the help of Feed pump of suitable capacity to remove suspended impurities. This filter
unit gives the coarse filtration. Filtered water is then passed through Activated Carbon Filter to remove
excess chlorine (de-chlorination), odour, colour and turbidity due to colloidal suspended impurities and
organic impurities. De chlorinated water is then dosed with Anti Scalent Solution to avoid scale formation on
the membrane. This water is further passed through 10-micron Bag Filter Followed by 5 Micron Cartridge
filter to remove micron particles to avoid clogging of the RO membrane and to improve the silt density index.
This water is further dosed with SMBS solution to remove residual chlorine from Water. RO Unit is complete
with High Pressure Pump, Membranes with Pressure tubes, Electrical control panel and wet panel, piping with
valves and all the required accessories viz., pressure switch, solenoid valve etc. Reverse Osmosis unit will
reduce the dissolved Salts up to 95% of the in feed TDS. RO treated water is either adjusted for TDS by
blending Filtered water passed through 0.2 Micron Cartridge Filter followed by UV OR dosed with Mineral. pH
is also adjusted in case of pH below the limit to raise to 7.5. Treated water from RO unit will be stored into
SS tank of 3000 Lts capacity. This treated water is then passed through 0.2 micron cartridge filter before it is
taken for the filling. Ozonator unit producing ozone gas is installed in series at the outlet of UV System to
provide residual effect of ozone to the water.

MACHINE OPERATION
INFEED AIR CONVEYOR
The empty bottles are loaded manually OR automatically from blow molding machine feed air conveyor where air
at high pressure from a blower is used for conveying bottles supported at the neck up to the in feed bottle transfer
rotor. The air conveyor permits different bottle sizes to run without making any adjustments.
INFEED BOTTLE TRANSFER ROTOR
The bottles are transferred to rinse rotor by the infeed bottle
transfer rotor. Bottles are held at the neck during transfer.
RINSE ROTOR
The automatic rinse rotor has spring loaded
grippers mounted radially which pick up bottles one by
one from the infeed transfer rotor. The bottle is inverted against a lever on the rinse valve to start the rinsing
operation. Thus we have NO
BOTTLE – NO RINSE. Bottles are
washed for up to three seconds each, before
draining (for removal of residual water)
and up righting for transfer to the filling
rotor. The rinsing medium is
generally product water.
FILLING ROTOR
The internationally accepted and
approved VENT PIPE filling principle ensures accurate level filling without spillage. The filling accuracy is +- 5ml. The fill
tank level is regulated automatically by a PLC controlled electronic probe.
CAP PICKING ROTOR
After completion of the filling operation,
bottles are transferred to the capping rotor
by the out cap picking rotor, the bottles
neck are picking up caps. With NO
BOTTLE NO CAP arrangement is there.
AUTOMATIC CAP ELEVATOR
Caps are stored in a SS 304 ground level hopper mounted at the base on the elevator column. The caps are
elevated/oriented and they are diverted into the cap chute leading to the filling machine. The operation of the
elevator is controlled automatically by a control panel mounted sensors, stops the cap elevator automatically once
the chute gets filled to capacity and restarts it on the caps get consumed.
OUTFEED SLAT CONVEYOR
Bottles after the completion of the rinse – fill- seal cycle are discharged on to the outfeed SS304 slat conveyor. The
bottles are visually inspected against fluorescent background light for detection of particles bottles. Mounted on the
inspection lamp. Also the bottles are counted with the help of a sensor which gives digital count on the control
panel indicating finished bottles. Put neck and body sleeve manually on line conveyor. Bottle will pass through
Heat shrink tunnel gets labeled. There after the bottle
are picked up manually for cartooning. After which
the finished bottles are picked up manually for
cartooning.
ELECTRICAL CONTROL PANEL
The panel has superior quality control devices with
variable speed AC Drive for regulation of
operating speed during production. All electrical motors
are protected individually by Overload Thermal Relays for safety. The Main MCB has inbuilt ELCB which
safeguards against live contact externally. The panel clearly marked cam switches indicating functions for ease of
operation. A Detachable remote control device is provided for facilitating maintenance and brief test runs.

1. Jar brusher Unit
Brusher unit is consisting of two nylon bristles rollers, placed in a SS tank having soap solution and brushes
will rotate in a clock wise and Anti Clock wise direction to each other. Jar is placed in between these two
rollers to clean jar externally to clean dirt from all the sides viz., bottom, side and top portion of the jar.
2. Jar Washer Unit – 2 nos.
Washer unit is consisting of Washing of Jar Internally with Soap Water & Final Treated water one by one. This
Unit is consisting of Tanks for preparing solution, Pumps, Switches conveyor etc.
3. Jar Filler Unit
This Jar is then taken to the filler station, where it will have filling Nozzles and jar will be filled and then
pushed away for capping. Cap will be placed manually after filling and will be pressed using cap presser.

SCHEDULE OF EXCLUSIONS
1. All civil works, such as plant building, shed, foundation of equipment’s, bolts, pipe Supports, supporting
structures, platforms and mass concreting.
2. Construction of drain sump and drain channels and any special lining.
3. Plant area, building illumination, ventilation and earthing.
4. Supply of power to motors and water.
5. Raw water storage tank and pump.
6. All PUC pipe work beyond our termination Points.
7. Layout of the equipments, piping, cabling and erection has been considered as per our standard layout
design. All piping, cabling, erection etc. required, as per client's specific requirement subsequent to order
finalization shall be at extra cost.
8. Transit insurance shall be client's responsibility. Insurance has been arranged by us on behalf of the client
for their convenience.
CIVIL WORK REQUIREMENT
Being a set- up of food industry, the plant and machinery require utmost hygienic conditions :
Water Treatment Plant : Proper Shed with dust proofatmosphere.
Bottle Blowing : Proper Shed with Dust Proof Atmosphere.
Rinse, Fill, Cap Machine. : Completely closed room.
Lab : Air Conditioned closed room.
Raw material, finished
Goods Storage. : Closed room, without dampness.
Flooring & Ceiling : Colour should be white.
The floor should be properly tiled.
* There is no exhaust and is completely pollution free plant.
We would require :
• Stable Raw Water supply.
• Raw water storage tank up to 10000 to 30000 ltrs.
• Proper building as per recommendation.
• 3 Phase (440 V) Electrical points.
• Stable electricity supply.

The Price Quoted Above is Ex Works Rabale, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Price Quoted is EXCLUSIVE Of All Taxes, Transportation, Packaging and Transit Insurance (To be
charges extra / at actual at the time of supply.)
SUPERVISION OF ERECTION AND COMMISSIONING
Included in above Price.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
30% advance along with PO and balance payment prior to dispatch on readiness of materials.
DELIVERY
The Equipment under our scope of supply shall be delivered within 1 to 4 weeks from the date of
receipt of firm technically and commercially clear order with advance.
WARRENTY
The system is warranted for TWELVE MONTHS from the date of supply against any manufacturing
defects. However any Electronics Items and Consumables (Cartridge filter, Chemicals, Filter media,
Membrane etc.) will not be covered under this warranty. Electrical components and equipment
burnt out due to faulty power will not be covered under warranty and the associated
replacement cost will be charged extra. This warranty would not be valid for the losses due to
system mishandling and operational mistakes, etc. In any such event, the repair/replacement of the
system or the components will be charged extra.
Jurisdiction : Subject to Navi Mumbai
Cancellation : once we confirm the order, we will take up manufacturing of the same machine
immediately in hand . Hence we can not do any cancellation of order and thus we cannot refund
your advance amount back to you. The placing of an order with us implies acceptance of the
conditions of sale here in state regardless of any constricting clauses in the buyers purchase
order.
