Introduction
Achieving a balance between economic, social, and environmental factors is the
main objective of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in corporate operations.
This entails incorporating sustainability concepts into corporate strategy and
decision-making procedures to generate long-term benefits for all parties
involved, including communities, shareholders, workers, clients, and the
environment. In the end, corporate social responsibility (CSR) aims to improve a
company's standing, adaptability, and competitiveness in a world that is changing
quickly while simultaneously making a positive impact on society.
In this research, I will create a Project Management Plan (PMP) for a business
project for the Gucci Company by utilizing primary and secondary research
techniques. And I will go over the important project lifecycle phases that need to
be considered when managing a project.

undertaking, guaranteeing that all parties involved are on the same page and
aware of the goals.
2. Planning: As soon as the project is approved based on your project start
agreement, statement of work, or business case, you go into the planning phase.
This phase of the project management life cycle involves putting together your
team, breaking the project down into smaller tasks, and determining the due
dates for each work. Set more realistic goals for the larger project and ensure that
each can be finished in the allocated time. More success should be expected with
smaller goals. In addition to providing guidance for project execution, the project
plan aids in risk mitigation and efficient resource management. To make sure the
project is well-run, stays on course, and accomplishes its goals within the allotted
resources, planning is essential.
3. Execution: You have gathered your group, formulated a strategy, and secured
authorization from the company. Now is the time to get to work. Implementing
your plan is what happens throughout the execution phase. The project manager's
responsibilities at this point in the project management life cycle include
supervising team organization, controlling deadlines, monitoring work schedules,
and making sure the project is finished according to the original plan. During the
execution phase, team members must effectively communicate, collaborate, and
coordinate in order to guarantee that tasks are performed on time and to the
required quality standards.
4. Closure: After your team has completed working on a project, you enter the
closure phase. You complete the final deliverables, release project resources, and
evaluate the project's success during the project closure phase. The project
manager still has crucial tasks to complete after the main project work is
completed, such as assessing the project's accomplishments and flaws. To
guarantee the sustainability of the project's results and the efficient transfer of
organizational resources for other endeavors, proper closure is vital.

which secondary research can be gathered.
Usually, surveys, phone interviews, in-person interviews, observation, and other
techniques are used to gather the data, which is either freely accessible or
requires a fee for restricted access.
Researchers gather, validate, examine, and integrate secondary data to support
their study objectives during the research period.
In addition to the applications mentioned above, it can also be used to review
