Course Requirements and Class Rules:
1. All students are expected to have entered the classroom no later than five (5) minutes
after the scheduled beginning of the class.
2. No gadgets are allowed except those used for classroom discussion of assigned forms.
3. No one is allowed to leave the classroom once the class has started unless there is a life
and death situation, subject to my assessment.
4. There is no required textbook but the sequence as presented in this course outline will be
followed during class discussions. Make the necessary adjustments viz a vis your choice of
reference because the world does not revolve around you and I will not modify this
syllabus to accommodate.
5. No extension for submissions will be given to those who will miss the same unless they
are dying or dead.
6. Submissions shall be typewritten following the Efficient Use of Paper Rule and uploaded
to a google drive to be created by the class beadle no later than the day of the midterm and
final exam as scheduled.
7. Grading System shall be as follows:
Class Standing before Midterms 16.67%
- Class standing will consist of individual
recitations, individual assignments, quizzes,
class projects, and other activities as may be
assigned by the Professor
Midterm Examination Grade 16.67%
Class Standing after Midterm Exams 33.33%
- Class standing will consist of individual
recitations, individual assignments, quizzes,
class projects, case digests and other activities
as may be assigned by the Professor
Final Examination Grade 33.33%
