The purpose of this business plan is to outline the development of an A-
grade logistics park in Unnao nearby Lucknow, India. The park will cater to
the needs of e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, and other industries by
providing efficient warehousing, distribution, and transportation services.
Our goal is to become the leading logistics park in the region by providing

Our proposed solution is to develop an A-grade logistics park on a 55

transportation hubs. The park will be equipped with modern
warehousing facilities, including automated storage and retrieval
systems, temperature-controlled areas, and specialized storage for
hazardous goods. In addition, the park will have a state-of-the-art
transportation network, including truck terminals.
