Position Summary
Rockwell Automation’s Sensing, Safety and Industrial Components Business is seeking an Intern, Software
Engineer to be a significant contributor to a next generation new product development. The position
requires excellent analytical skills, passion for programming. Accepted candidates will become part of the
recently created engineering team in Pune.
Principal Responsibilities
• Learn and understand Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for a multi-national product
company.
• Develop software components to support new devices within RA’s software ecosystem.
• Participate in day-to-day software development activities in a global and diverse team.
Minimum Qualifications
• Pursuing or Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science, Information
Technology, Electronics, or another similar field.
• More than 7 CGPA at graduation level academics.
• First Class at 10th and 10+2 level academics.
• Capable of solving complex programming problems using object-oriented languages like C++, C#,
or Python.
OR
• Capable of creating web components using Angular.
• Hands-on experience in software development in Microsoft tool ecosystem (Visual Studio)
Good To Have
• Experience in software programming through any academic project.
• Experience in working with teams developing Robotics or Control Systems.
