 All parcels will be charged higher of Actual or Volumetric weight.

 For Shipment Value Above Rs. 5000.00,it is mandatory to be insured by the Shipper/Sender as Owner’s or Carrier’s
Risk” In-case of “ CARRIER’s Risk”,the sender must declare the value and pay the Risk Cover Surcharge @ 2 % of the
value of the Shipment.
 If not Covered by special risk Cover Surcharges,Claim Value On this Shipper Shall in no Circumstances Exceed Parcel &
Document. Rs.3000.00 Only
 We are not Responsible Without Inform send You,. Mobile, Laptop, Camera, Watch, SD Card, silver , Gold,Passport ,DL,
Voter id and any Original Document.
 All shipment Check Properly and Received. any Shipment Shortage/damage Update Same Time and Mark The Delivery
Run Sheet. without Mark Delivery Run Sheet and Same Time Not Updation . We Are Unable to Help
 Claim Required Document: Purchase Bill Copy, Invoice Copy, AWB Shipper Copy, Debit note and Ledger Copy
 Claim Settle time Minimum 60 Days
 No Claim Liquid ,Semi-Liquid, Perishable ,Glass Or Fragile Goods Sent By Shipper Risk.
 Invoice and National Document Require All Parcel.
 Any other levies, taxes or duties enforced by the government would be charged extra, if and as applicable.
 We are not responsible for the late deliveries due to flight delays, train cancel,offload ,House Lock, Wrong Address, Party
Refuse,Address Shifted or taxes and duties .

FOV / Own Risk: Transit insurance is taken by the Shipper to protect against any loss, damage or pilferage
during transit of the shipment. Our responsibility is limited to issuing a Certificate of Facts in the event of loss.

Carrier Risk: Under the option of Carrier Risk and Subject to payment of applicable " Risk Surcharge" at the
time of tendering a shipment Liability be limited to the declared value for carriage only. the maximum declared
value for carriage" is limited to a maximum of under " Carrier Risk "

No Risk : if a customer declares a value in declared value for carriage column and does not choose
applicable type of risk cover the same would not be considered as complete and same would be treated as not
opted for any risk cover category in such cases.
and the carrier will not be responsible to compensate any Shipment loss , in Transit and damage condition.
