2nd Odisha National Swimming Ranking Championship- 2023
2nd National Swimming Ranking Championship 2023 is scheduled to be held at Odisha from
10 to 12th June 2024 at Aquatic Complex, Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Swimming pool will be available from 8 June 2024 07:00 am onwards.
Events: (50M long course)
Freestyle: 50,100,200,400,800,1500 meters
Backstroke: 50,100,200 meters
Breaststroke: 50,100,200 meters
Butterfly: 50,100,200 meters
Individual Medley: 200,400 meters
Eligibility: Men & Women (Born in the year 2010 & Earlier)
Qualification Criteria: Minimum Qualification Time Standard (MQTS)is attached with this
circular.
A selection trails will be conducted to select the Tamilnadu Team for the above
National Swimming Ranking Championship-2023.Selection trails will be conducted at
Aquatic Complex, Velachery on 25-May-2024 at 8.00 AM
Swimmers who strictly satisfy the qualifying time given by the SFI (enclosed) are requested to submit the
details of the swimmers along with valid SFI UID no in the prescribed form attached below at the venue before
the trails.

This form may be submitted to the Secretary of the affiliated unit of SFI by individual swimmers
intending to participate in this event.
Unit must accept entry form subject to meeting the eligibility age criteria and minimum time
standards (MQST) for this competition. IF no swimmer from State is entered with a MQST, state will
enter 4 men & 4 Women swimmers as per their criteria.
Swimmer registered with SSCB, RSPB, All India Police Sports Control Board may submit their entry
through their respective board to SFI subject to swimmer meeting the MQST only.
Rules:
1. Only 400mtr, 800mtr & 1500mts events will be conducted as Timed Finals. All other events
will be conducted as combined Heats. Heats to be seeded as per entry time and not age
category.
2. Finals will be swum as A Final (18 and above) & B Final (U18). Top 8 times from heats for
each age category will swim the finals as per their applicable age category.
3. Merit Certificates and medals up to 3 places will be given for both age category. Ranking
certificates up to 8 places will be awarded to the participants as per age categories. Top 8
Open & Top 8 U18
4. Valid renewed SFI UID card is compulsory for all Participants. The validity of the card
should be 2024-25.
5. Cash Award will be given to the medal winners #1 Rs 5000/- #2 Rs 4000/- #3 Rs 3000/- for
Open as well as U18 groups.
6. Board & lodge arrangements will not be provided by organizers.
7. Swimming Pool will be available for training/ warm up from 8 June 2024 07:00 am
onwards.
