2 The above cost is inclusive of rawmaterials and labours(Accessories are not inclusive)
3 The payment terms are standard and cannot be changed for any reasons
4 All payments made at each stage are Non-refundable.
5 Project timeline would be 45 days from the date of production.Your order will be delivered on or before the
assured delivery date. Changing an order or unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery time.
6 Rendered images are shared to give a better understanding of the design.The accessories shown in renders are
for aesthetic appeal. We do not provide everything shown in the renders.
7 All type of warranties are subject to the wear and tear policy and company will not take responsibilities for such
damages
All type of wood work with any finish will have common off white laminate inside the product. Any other laminate

finish will attract extra cost.
9 The above quoted rates are an estimate based on current design and sizes and brand they are liable to change
tillthe sign off/production stage depending on the exact actual measurements on site or design changes or
change in brand/material made by you or as per your instructions.
10 Any changes after the commencement of production will attract extra charges as per the requirements.
11 Company will not be responsible for any type of cleaning before and after the installation other than the products
supplied by the company
14 All the supply and services should be mentioned in the above agreed quotation and any services or supply
agreed verbally or any other means will not have any guarantee if it is not a part of this quotation
