INSTRUCTION

Purpose and Scope: This ITP is issued for the work of 400kv cable trench construction.
Notification: Inspection notification shall be given 48 hours prior to the scheduled inspection of witness or hold point.

Code of Inspection Party:

S: EPC Contractor SEGC authorized Quality Control Supervisor
O: Owner or Owner’s authorized representative

A: Approval
H: Holding Point where inspection shall be kept on hold till SEGC/Owner witness. The work shall not proceed without the written agreement or wavier from SEGC or SEGC’s
authorized representative.
W: Witness Point where the inspection notification shall be given to SEGC/Owner and inspection should proceed if SEGC/Owner is not present at the scheduled date.
R: Review of applicable documents or records to ensure compliance with specification.
S: Surveillance Point. Where Subcontractor can proceed the work without notification and SEGC/Owner can check the work and record at any time,
