I. AUTHORITY:

1. Standard Operating Procedures of this Police Unit with reference to


incident record in Investigation Section Incident Logbook, Entry No.
2019-01, dated January 20, 2019.

II. DETAIL:

2. Upon receipt of the report the Chief of Crime Investigation Section,


herein the investigator was dispatched by duty Desk Officer, SPO3
Matthew Salazar to conduct investigation on the Rape incident that
happened at Brgy. Bonbon, Oriental Mindoro.

3. The undersigned investigator found one rope and one set of brass
knuckles at the crime site.

III. RECOMMENDATION:

4. The aforementioned respectfully suggests conducting a hut pursuit


operation against the offender.

2. he location of the perpetrator's hiding place was traced and identified


after thorough follow-up investigation.

intelligence organizations that follow the suspect's movements.

Operation.

SUBJECT : FINAL INVESTIGATION REPORT, RAPE

I. AUTHORITY:

1. Instructions of Standard Operational Procedure.

2. Complaint Sheet of 2019-01 dated January 10, 2019; and

3. Memo from City Director dated January 31, 2019.

II. MATTERS INVESTIGATED:

4. A Rape incident that transpired on or about 10:25 PM of January 10,


2019 at the Boarding House of Brgy. Bonbon, Oriental Mindoro; and

5. To determine the criminal liabilities of the suspect and to know the


premises surrounding this particular incident.

III. FACTS OF THE CASE:

6. Garelyn, 18, who is single and a resident of Brgy. Bonbon, Oriental


Mindoro, was the victim of a rape incident that occurred at Brgy.
Bonbon Boarding House, Oriental Mindoro., on or about January 10,
2019, at approximately 10:50 PM. As a result, the victim suffered
trauma and numerous bruises and injuries.blocked her way and took
her to the Bed and After being forced to strip off his clothing and
engage in sexual activity against her will, the two guys promptly went
in an unknown location, leaving the victim speechless and nude.
Investigator SPO3 Matthew Salazar of the PNP's Criminal
Investigation and Detection Section, Oriental Mindoro. Find
trustworthy sources with the assistance of some intelligence
agencies to determine the whereabouts of the offender.

7. A rape case involving the perpetrator was docketed under I.S.


Number 12-0025 and forwarded to the Oriental Mindoro, Prosecutor's
office on January 28, 2019. The suspect was moved to the Oriental
Mindoro POLICE STATION in the Province of Negros Oriental after
the court issued a commitment order.

IV. DISCUSSION:

8. When the two perpetrators blocked the victim's path and took both of
her arms, leading her to the forest where they forced him to strip off
his clothes and have sex with her against her will, the victim was in a
hurry because she was walking home alone in the middle of the night
and her parents were looking for her and wanted her to get there
before 11 o'clock in the morning. This is where the suspect violated
article 266 of the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines.

V. CONCLUSION:

8. The investigator concluded that the suspect violated the law as


prescribed in the recent discussion. Therefore, it is necessary to file a
Murder case against him.

VI. RECOMMENDATION:

9. Therefore, in view of the foregoing, the undersigned respectfully


recommends that this case be considered solve and close.
