CONTRACT AMOUNT : 3000 rs. Per day
* Incase of per day professional fees invoice / wages to be cleared within 30 days of submissions of
bill.
* This fee includes conveyance.
CREDIT TERMS : * Production will not provide transport for shoot days or prep days in the Mumbai schedule. If we
shoot outside of Mumbai, then the production will arrange for the travel.
* If for any unforeseen reasons, the shoot gets cancelled on the day of the shoot while the artist is on
the way to the location, you will be paid 50% of the per day charges.

The Artist hereby undertakes not to disclose, reveal, or make public, except with the prior written consent of the
Producer, any information whatsoever concerning the production of the Series and the services to be rendered
hereunder, including any financial information relating to the Series, the business of the Producer, and this
Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, scripts, dialogues, screenplay, plot details, artistic content,
characterization, treatment, and engagement of key personnel, including the star cast, producer, director, and other
individuals involved in the Series. The Artist further agrees to keep strictly secret and confidential all matters related
CONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSE : to the Series, including but not limited to, the script, storyline, budget, production schedules, and other financial
details. The Artist shall not, without the prior written consent of the Producer, keep, take, or publish any record,
written or otherwise, relating to the Series, including but not limited to, photographs, videos, or recordings of
persons working on the Series or any matter or thing connected with the production of the Series ("Confidential
Information"). This confidentiality obligation shall remain in effect throughout the term of this Agreement following
its termination or completion of the Series, or until such Confidential Information becomes publicly available
through no fault of the Actor, whichever is longer.
* Should production have to pause and restart due to any unforeseen reason, the gap periods will be considered
unpaid, till work resumes.
