James Arthur Dubangco

PARO 2, Provincial Agrarian Reform Office

Trese Martires, Cavite

Dear Mr. Dubangco,

Re: Request for the Implementation of Awarded Land and Eviction of Unauthorized Security Forces

I hope this letter finds you well. We, the rightful agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) of a parcel of land
located in Sitio Malipa, Brgy. Maguyam, Silang, Cavite, which was awarded to us under the
Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) by the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR). The land
title and legal documents have been properly executed in favor to us as per DAR’s final decision.

Despite the lawful award and entitlement, we remain unable to fully occupy and cultivate the said land
due to the continued presence of private security forces employed by the previous landowner. These
forces have, without legal authority, refused to vacate the premises, thereby preventing my client from
exercising their rightful ownership and possession of the land.

In light of the above, we respectfully request your immediate intervention in the following:

1. Implementation of the Awarded Land: We seek your assistance in facilitating the necessary measures
to ensure that the awarded land is fully implemented in accordance with the DAR’s mandate, and we are
able to take peaceful and unhindered possession of the property.

2. Eviction of Unauthorized Security Forces: We also request that you take appropriate legal and
administrative actions to remove the security personnel of the previous landowner who are unlawfully
occupying the land, thereby allowing us to exercise our rights without obstruction.

We believe that the continued occupation of the property by these security forces constitutes not only a
violation of our rights but also undermines the very objectives of the agrarian reform program. It is
crucial that the beneficiaries are able to take possession of the land awarded to them as promptly as
possible to prevent further delays in the implementation of the reform.

We trust in your office's commitment to upholding the provisions of the law and ensuring that We,
agrarian reform beneficiaries are provided with the full benefits and protection to which they are
entitled. We kindly request a prompt resolution to this matter and are more than willing to cooperate
fully with your office to achieve this end.

Should you require any further documentation or information to expedite this request, please do not
hesitate to contact us.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your favorable response and swift action.

Yours sincerely,
