Dear Ma’am Rexie,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally tender my resignation from my position at San
Juan Institute of Technology. This decision has not come easily to me, but recent developments in my
personal life require my immediate attention and prioritization.

As you are aware, I have been juggling the responsibilities of being a working professional while I am
away from my children and giving the responsibility to my mother as their caregiver. It has always been a
challenging but rewarding balancing act. However, circumstances have changed, and my mother's health
condition has taken a turn for the worse. She requires constant care and support. This situation demands
my full attention and availability to ensure the well-being and comfort of both my baby and my mother.

It is with a heavy heart that I have come to the realization that I cannot continue to fulfill my professional
duties adequately while being fully present for my family during this difficult time. As much as I value my
position at San Juan Institute of Technology and the opportunities it has provided me, my family must
take precedence.

I am incredibly grateful for the support, guidance, and opportunities I have received during my time with
the company. The experience and knowledge I gained have been invaluable, and I am confident that they
will continue to benefit me throughout my career.

To ensure a smooth transition, I am willing to assist in any way possible during the notice period. I am
also open to discussing alternatives, such as part-time or remote work, if it aligns with the needs of the
company and my family commitments. However, I understand if this may not be feasible.

Please consider this letter as my formal notice. My last working day will be June 30. I will ensure that all
my ongoing papers are appropriately handed over, and I will provide any necessary documentation to
facilitate a seamless transition.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to you, the management team, and my colleagues for their
support and understanding during this challenging time. I will always cherish the memories and
relationships I have formed at San Juan Institute of Technology.

Thank you for your understanding and consideration. I wish the entire team continued success and
growth.
