1. Pricelist R2 Nov 8, 2023.
2. Stamp Duty Charges @ 0.1% of Agreement of Sale shall be paid by the Client as per the present government norms.
3. Registration and Stamp duty charges to be paid by Customer at the time of execution of sale deed as per prevailing rates.
4. 1% TDS under Section 194 IA of the Income Tax Act is to be deducted by the clients and paid to the Income Tax Department by giving due Credit to
SOBHA Limited.
5. Goods and Services Tax (GST) are as per the prevailing rates and subject to change.
6. Any other statutory charges which may be imposed by the authorities in future from time to time will also be payable by the customers.
7. Deposit / Charges payable to the authorities towards Electricity Connection will be collected at actuals from the customer along with applicable Taxes
in addition to the Total Value.
8. Deposit / Charges payable to the authorities towards Water and Sewage Connections are not considered as a part of the Total Value.
9. Electricity consumption Deposit as mentioned in the agreement will be collected along with Final Payment Request.
10. In addition to the above Pricing, Advance Maintenance Charges to be collected from the Customers along with Final Payment Request Letter including
applicable taxes.
11. Delayed payment interest charged would attract additional applicable GST.
12. Demand note for payment will be on the basis of completion of the milestone attributed to the particular Wing in the project in which above
apartment is located. Check the Construction status for payment dues.
13. Basic Value is inclusive of One Car Parking Space for all 1 BHK, 3 BHK + 2T and 3 BHK units and Double Car Parking Space for 3 BHK + HO and 4
BHK units.
14. This Pricelist supersede all previous Pricelists.
