Basic Shortcuts

• Ctrl + N: Create a new workbook

• Ctrl + O: Open an existing workbook

• Ctrl + S: Save the current workbook

• Ctrl + P: Print the current workbook

• Ctrl + Z: Undo the last action

• Ctrl + Y: Redo the last action

• Ctrl + C: Copy selected cells

• Ctrl + X: Cut selected cells

• Ctrl + V: Paste copied or cut content

• Ctrl + A: Select all cells in the worksheet

Navigation Shortcuts

• Arrow Keys: Move one cell in the direction of the arrow

• Home: Move to the beginning of the row

• End: Move to the last cell in the current row with data

• Page Up/Page Down: Scroll up or down one screen in the worksheet

• Ctrl + Page Up/Page Down: Move to the previous or next worksheet

Editing Shortcuts

• F2: Edit the active cell

• Enter: Complete cell entry and move down

• Shift + Enter: Complete cell entry and move up

• Tab: Complete cell entry and move right

• Shift + Tab: Complete cell entry and move left

• Ctrl + D: Fill down from the cell above

• Alt + Enter: Start a new line within the same cell


Formatting Shortcuts

• Ctrl + B: Bold selected text

• Ctrl + I: Italicize selected text

• Ctrl + U: Underline selected text

• Ctrl + 1: Open the Format Cells dialog box

• Alt + H, H: Fill color for selected cells

• Alt + H, B: Apply or remove borders

Functionality Shortcuts

• F1: Open Help

• F11: Create a chart in a new sheet

• Alt + F1: Create an embedded chart of the data in the current range
