was halted since BV's Supervisor asked us due to the elevation changes for PHT in the
Lamella Clarifier Tank
Friday, October 28, 2022 Anchor bolt provided by BV for Filtered Water Pumps Shed has not arrived. WIKA needs
to wait the further concrete activity in the area.
Tuesday, November 29, 2022 Pouring priority change to east wing slab for GDMF Tank area that makes west and
middle areas are on hold.
Saturday, December 17, 2022 Arrangement layout for GDMF Tank has not issued, material ready. WIKA needs to wait
for the arrangement layout to be issued.
Sunday, December 25, 2022 BV Personnel informed WIKA with an advance information by mail that there will be
update for TQ #83 regarding safety shower relocating and in slab piping in the Chemical
Tank & Pump Area - 2 Shed.
Wednesday, December 28, 2022 WIKA was about to commence backfill work in the Filtered Water Tank area but was
held by BV QC
Tuesday, January 03, 2023 Earth pit drawing for Substation building has issued but WIKA needs to cut the slab rebar
and added additional rebar.
Tuesday, January 17, 2023 WIKA is about to continue the backfilling activity for B0 concrete in Area 2 RO Building
but BV Engineering held and asked to wait for further info.
Friday, February 24, 2023 Concrete Work on the equipment foundations in Chemical Tanks & Pumps Area 1 & 2
could not be carried out because the anchors supplied by BV had yet to arrive.
Wednesday, June 21, 2023 BV is about to commence excavation for HDPE piping in between Filtered Water Tank
and Lamella Clarifier Tanks. Hence, all resources such as scaffolding access, rebar, etc.
are dismantled. WIKA Civil Work progress in the south side of Filtered Water Tank,
south side of GDMF Tank, Piperack & Cable Tray Area-01, and north side of Lamella
Clarifier Tanks are on hold due to the Piping activity from BV-TPE team.
